This is a game I find myself returning to daily, and I'm constantly amazed at how great the writing is, how imaginative the world is, and the size of the whole thing; you can, and probably will, get lost in the labyrinth that is Fallen London.

My understanding is that Magikiras is this author's first gamebook, which at least provides some explanation behind some of its issues. While I applaud the author's creativity and certainly respect the effort that must have gone into creating such a large adventure, I hope any future efforts are handled a bit more elegantly than this one.

Well, I wasn't as impressed with Give No Shelter as I was with In Too Deep partly because the writers removed most of the horror-related themes and replaced them with the usual walker jump-scares (and even those were on the limited side). Add to that how we didn't get much character development and, instead, had characters do silly things (sillier than usual), and you can understand how the episode didn't have the gravity and complexity of In Too Deep.
