Dungeon Defenders is an amazingly deep tower defense RPG that'll reward players patient enough to explore its incredible amount of content with one of the most satisfying co-op experiences of this generation.

Modern Warfare 3 doesn't bring a lot of new stuff to the table, but it has refined single-player and multiplayer experiences to the point where they are as slick as any Hollywood production.

At least it's pretty to look at. I went in with low expectations and this game somehow tripped and fell over the bar before crashing and burning in an explosion of terrible. I don't know who thought this was fun but the DBZ cast deserves a lot better.

Were Uncharted 3 any other game, if it didn't hit with dizzying highs to offset the abysmal lows, it would be infinitely skippable. Instead, compelling (but difficult) multiplayer and enough "wow" moments mean it's worth seeing, but not owning.

Worms Crazy Golf drops the ball by seeming to ignore what makes games fun. There are some interesting holes scattered throughout, but you need to push through so many uninspiring ones to get there. Better Co-op would have gone a long way.

Yes, it's a kids game at the core. So what? We could all stand to relax more, and Okabu provides a classy and gorgeous way to do just that. There is no better game to play with a young child than this one.

Payday: The Heist can still be a good time with the right people, but you'd be better off playing a better game with them.

Daytona USA was the pinnacle of arcade racers in the early 90's. Translated into today it sadly doesn't hold much of its appeal, especially without a sweet cockpit and steering wheel setup. Leave this one parked on pit road.

Spider-Man: Edge of Time is a sloppy game that feels rushed - and with the short amount of time between it and its predecessor, Shattered Dimensions, that's not very surprising. Let's hope Spidey's next outing is better.

A decided stop backwards for the series, and a disappointment for long-time fans. Be very sure to look closely at what you are getting when you jump into this one, and keep your expectations low. Sometimes trying a new approach just doesn't work.

You don't want to miss this one. Once the patches roll in and clear up the issues we'll have something truly special here. I'm giving DICE the benefit of the doubt with some problems because I think they'll be cleared up in the not-too-distant future.

Vampires are still in, and they are seasonally appropriate. For a small investment you can see what a vampiric superhero would be, and it's a decent time. Don't expect it to last too long though, or to break any new ground.

Few games combine tension, atmosphere, deep combat and interesting online play in a way that can even compete with Dark Souls.

The change in direction, tone, and atmosphere paid off and the groundwork that has been laid should revitalize the series. There are some blemishes but if you have the Ace Combat itch this will scratch it.

Sideways: New York separates itself with it gravity tricks and keen aesthetics, but comes charging back to the pack with its mediocre gameplay and slightly repetitive content. There's a lot of nice glitz here but not much substance.

Resident Evil 4 HD unfortunately isn't the remaster it could have been, and its upscaled textures and lack of Move support are more than a little annoying. However, in the end this is still one of the greatest games ever made.

Code Veronica is NOT for everyone, but longtime fans of the series will appreciate Capcom completing the collection digitally. The last of the old-school Resident Evils won't appeal to modern gamers, unfortunately.

Rochard is a charming romp through space with interesting ideas which, while not entirely original, are executed and pieced together well for an enjoyable final product. We'd love to see what they have in store for the inevitable sequel.

As the title says, the best part of the game is its ending. It's not just because the game is over but the credits offer the gameplay I hoped the actual game would have. As it is, though, it's an uninspired, bland brawler with little going for it.

Child of Eden is one of those games you'll pull out to make friends ooh and ahh at your new A/V system, but it's a game you'll keep out just to dabble in the world Q Entertainment has created.

I won't say ICO or Shadow of the Colossus are perfect games, but I will say unequivocally that they are so important that they should be played by everyone. Thankfully, Bluepoint and Sony are giving people the best way to do so.

Let me be clear here: RAGE is by no means a bad game. It simply lacks the pedigree of classic id Software shooters, and though I absolutely loved the shooting and the light exploration, I needed more to really sell the world itself.

The game has a lot of appeal. It fixes a lot of problems but there are some cuts that put a ding in the improvements. I like challenges but I hate how frustrating the AI can be. Play with friends online and locally and you'll have barrels of fun.

When I say it's the best sports game this year I mean it. Every time you play you'll experience something new and move towards accomplishing goals besides those that you score on the field. It's going to be hard for EA to top this one.

In the world of Qix clones, Cubixx HD does enough to separate itself with a variety of challenges and some interesting modes. It loses some points for not including any online in a game that offers 8-player co-op though.

In a tired and overworked genre, Renegade Ops steps up to the plate with fun and fast-paced vehicular mayhem that lets you and your friends blast your way through nine levels. The story isn't worth your time, but that's easy to overlook.

Section 8: Prejudice is a mix of a lot of good ideas and some varied results. It looks pretty good (and in the campaign, epic), but it isn't consistent. In all, it is a good package for sci-fi shooter fans looking to experiment and see a new world.
