Wii Fit is a "game" that excels at everything it sets out to achieve.

The idea of creating your own world is welcomed, and the graphics are good at times, but do falter at certain stages especially throughout the dungeon levels.

Features a number of flaws at a control level that stop it becoming an essential title.

The story mode does provide a challenge and will last most around the 15 hour mark, however once that's past the game has very little to offer largely because of the fundamental online options.

As with all great sequels, Broken Bond deals with darker story elements than its predecessor and becomes a more jaw dropping spectacle as a result.

In many ways, it's the best Worms yet. There's a substantial amount of weapons, a gargantuan level of options and plenty of multiplayer fun to be had. However, it is just Worms, a game that's appeared on every format known to man for the last 13 years, and follows extremely quickly after last year's dubious handheld debut. Ultimately the question remains, how much Worms do you need?

It seems a little harsh to accuse Enslaved of presenting style over substance but the feeling remains nonetheless: much like Heavenly Sword before it, Enslaved is an exceptionally well produced game from Ninja Theory where gameplay takes a passenger seat and cinematic presentation drives the experience.

Given the lower-end price of FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage and its obvious strengths, it's easy to look past the lack of imagination and next-generation refinement.

The game has a strong tendency to drop you in some town or dungeon with no clear idea of where you should go. Coupled with the fact that enemies respawn whenever you exit a room, and navigating becomes quite the chore.

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with Myst V but then again we’ve seen it all before and the story alone this time just wasn’t enough.

A game that should just ages (excuse the pun.) At its core the game is a standard RTS title, but Mad Doc has added so many unique features to it that EE2 certainly stands out amongst the crowd.

This 2D shooter in a 3D environment may look slightly frayed around the edges and dated in many respects but with so few proper video shooters that go back to the real roots of arcade blasting this is a nice short fix.

Perhaps the only viable way to bring Banjo and Kazooie onto the Xbox 360, Nuts & Bolts is nevertheless a thoroughly entertaining and rewarding video game, deserving of its place in the popular series despite its apparent changes.

There's no denying that there are a number of features implemented in Empire at War that separate the game from any other RTS title, and the excellent interconnection between strategy and tactics creates an enthralling experience; it's just a shame that certain areas, cannot match the enjoyment provided by strategically taking over the galaxy in the galactic sections.

With a disappointing career mode and less-than-stellar presentation, it's a less complete package than Undisputed. I should probably drop in a fighting metaphor here, I suppose: with MMA, it seems like EA is finding its range with the jab in the first round, before swinging for the fences in the second.

A stunningly exquisite looking RPG, Eternal Sonata also manages to create a fluid alternative to the standard plod of Japanese RPGs. It does hold onto some cliches of the genre however, with dodgy dialogue (at times) and of course, the overly fantastical setting - but this is one example of the genre that even those repelled by Eternal Sonata's brethren should try. It will surprise you.

'Niche' doesn't come close to describing the bizarrely pretentious Echochrome, which positively oozes self-importance from every pixel and line of code.

The single most comprehensive offering we've ever had the pleasure to play on PSP, Final Fantasy: Dissidia is an absolute gem, a masterpiece of Japanese ingenuity on the maligned handheld format that makes "epics" on the PS3, 360 and PC hide in shame.
