It's simple and won't last you very long, but packs a lot of charm and fun in there. Suited for those that like a slightly taxing challenge and colourful animals. Or blowing them up.- The Vita Lounge

2013: Infected Wars is one of the weaker digital titles to hit the PlayStation Vita, it's too obvious at times that this is merely a port of an iOS game, and an old one at that, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a cheap and enjoyable experience.- The Vita Lounge

Geometry Wars 3 is one of the best twin stick shooters on the Vita. Even with some minor flaws, it warrants a buy for fans of the genre.- The Vita Lounge

Whispering Willows is an interesting adventure game that is over much too quickly. The story takes some time to get going, and the pacing is a bit slow throughout. Just as things start to get exciting, the end credits are soon rolling. The game mainly falls flat and never achieves to be anything more than a pleasant ghost story.- The Vita Lounge

It's certainly not for everybirdie, but it's worth a peek if you're at all curious; just don't expect it to be too realistic.- The Vita Lounge

XBlaze Lost: Memories is not so much a sequel as it is something that enhances the first game's story in every way. It features an enjoyable narrative, lovable characters, and a unique way of presenting the big picture; something visual novel fans will be sure to appreciate and enjoy.- The Vita Lounge

The Blazblue series is a very technical fighting game that new players may find too daunting to give a try. However, Chrono Phantasma Extend is a very accessible game packed with loads of content. Newcomers to the series, returning veterans, and even those who have never played a fighting game before can all find some fun within it.- The Vita Lounge

Velocibox is an incredibly difficult and addictive endless runner that is as fun as it is frustrating. This game is not for the amateur hour and novices should probably steer clear.- The Vita Lounge

Torque L is a physics-based puzzle-platformer that enters an already saturated genre and brings with it a unique mechanic that does have promise. It's just a shame that the games execution is not as good as the premise.- The Vita Lounge

The Bridge has many flaws, ranging from its difficulty curve to how it introduces its mechanics -- or lack thereof. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone, unless you are really hungering for a game to play and this is your last option.- The Vita Lounge

Don't let the difficulty scare you. Curses N Chaos is a fantastic game that takes pride in kicking the crap out of you, hoping that you'll come back for seconds. No matter how many times you will fail, you'll tell yourself "one more run".- The Vita Lounge

The Quiet Collection is a bundle of four short but charming adventure games. With clever puzzles and an adorable story line these games manage to pack a good amount of fun into a very small package. The highly pixelated art might be a turn off initially, but The Quiet Collection is a game whose beauty in on the inside.- The Vita Lounge

Pumped BMX+ is a great addition to the PlayStation Vita. Although some people may be put off due to the fact that it originates from a mobile title, if you look past this you will find a game that plays like a cross between OlliOlli and Trials - which is no bad thing! Pumped BMX+ doesn't need these comparisons though, as on its own it stands out as great game that is perfect for gaming on the go!- The Vita Lounge

It's difficult to call Plague of Shadows an essential expansion to the Shovel Knight experience, but if you're seriously craving the need to play through the game and experience it in a different way then this is worth a look. However, if you don't want your fond memories of the original game tarnishing at all then it'll be best to avoid this one.- The Vita Lounge

Rally Copters has the foundations to be a great game, if some changes were made to. However, its horrid difficulty curve and lack of levels bring it down from what it could be. You will most likely enjoy your time with the helicopter simulator, but you won't leave a lasting impression in your Vita catalogue.- The Vita Lounge

Samurai Warriors 4-II is a gorgeous game that showcases just what the PS Vita is capable of. Big, epic and fun gameplay just about manage to overshadow its repetitive, button-mashing gameplay.- The Vita Lounge

It's not as good as the previous titles, yet still manages to offer a well rounded experience. If a lack of online isn't an issue for you and you don't mind the lacklustre presentation then you'll probably enjoy this but WRC 4 is far superior.- The Vita Lounge

This game is a blend of tactical RPG and roguelike but unfortunately it's not brilliant at either genre. The story is bland and for a roguelike the gameplay isn't particularly difficult. I really wanted to love this game but unfortunately it doesn't quite work. The game is still worth a try, especially if future patches sort out the many bugs, but there are better games out there.- The Vita Lounge

Bombing Busters is an uninspired clone at best. It's devoid of any personality or charm to make the game stand out on its own, but at least it doesn't ruin the old-school gameplay we know and love.- The Vita Lounge

Super Blackout is a super challenging puzzle game that has an easy to grasp concept to very difficult puzzles. The bare bones approach may cut out any cruft from the game, but it also leaves some features (like sharing user generated levels) clearly absent. Puzzle lovers looking for a great challenge will have to look no further than Super Blackout.- The Vita Lounge

Super Star Wars is a fun game that is meant only for fans of the series -- anyone unfamiliar or who dislikes it won't be satisfied. Despite its outdated graphics and puzzling difficulty, players will find a solid experience as they step into a galaxy far, far away.- The Vita Lounge

Vibrant, colourful and beautiful all round, Bastion is easily one of the most accomplished indie games that I have ever played. With an enchanting story, great weapons and lots to keeping you playing for some time, it is one of my favourite games ever, let alone on the Vita.- The Vita Lounge

Handball 16 is a worthwhile alternative to FIFA if you're missing a sports game on your Vita this year. It's not perfect and there is certainly room for improvement. Handball 16 is difficult, addicting and fun, but should've including Online Multiplayer as part of the package.- The Vita Lounge
