The Sheltered has a good narrative, though the gameplay lacks of depth. Still, if you are looking for a 2D adventure that relies on exploration, it may be worth a try.

The Guilt and the Shadow has a good soundtrack, a decent story and some good artistic experimentation, but it offers only one (scarce) hour of really soporific gameplay.

Forward to the Sky is not suffering from huge problems and the puzzle-platform element is not even bad, especially in the fifth level with the rolling boulders. The fighting system, however, is terribly dull and low longevity is another flaw to be considered.

Gear Up is a funny game, with some problems with controls (using both keyboard or pad), useful to entertain groups of friends without any need to have high-performing PCs, starting maybe with the free-to-play version and decide later if basic or premium pack are worth it.

Trapped Dead: Lockdown is a hack'n'slash with good and bad points, in almost equal measure. We've appreciated its atmosphere taken from horror z-movies, the variety of characters, the discreet loot and the co-op online, if you ever manage to find mates to play with.

If you like Zelda, Metroid or platform games, then probably you will love Finding Teddy 2, despite a very long and slow start, and the lack of explanations and indications throughout the entire game.

Metal Slug Defense is the classic cute and flirty game ruined by a really sneaky in-app-purchase system, made even more unpleasant than the previous mobile version of the game.

Home is Where One Starts... is a beautiful story about lost childhood, rural America's broken home and the importance of memory. But is also another good example of what ambient narrative can do.

We like arcade games, and Sparkle Unleashed could have been included in this category, except that it is a bad way of understanding the concept, with poor graphics quality and a simplified gameplay.

The creator of this game claims he was inspired by Stephen King's The Dark Tower, but the references to the work of King are so weak as to be almost negligible.

Strife starts with an interesting approach to its single-player element, but in the end it remains a simplistic MOBA, that cannot really stand out. Its best elements are those that break the common mold of the genre, but those are not nearly enough.

It's a hard game, and one that mixes rpg and rts elements with the basics of text based adventures. Definitely a well constructed mix of elements, that weakens mostly due to the forgettable storyline.

It's an interesting and experimental game that does what it has to do but is technically unsatisfying, has no real moments of brilliance, and whose difficulty level is pretty unbalanced. The price tag is low enough to make it worthwhile for some.

A brilliant procedural shooter with amazing replayability that has an high challenge level and requires quite a lot of skill to be appreciated. Considering the low price, there's really not much to complain about. It's pretty classical when it comes to gameplay, but the variety of the bosses and the weapons keep the experience fresh, fight after fight.

The similarities with Limbo are definitely there, with less visual poetry and more variety. Toby is a good puzzle-platform, with a good challenge level and solid gameplay. Play it, it deserves your attention, even if it’s not the most original thing in the world.

The fact that this thing exists is almost an offense for those who can really program horror games. Nothing to see here, just turn around.

It's a broken clone of Five Nights at Freddy's. Really, there's not much more to say on the matter. Avoid it.

The Imperial City experiment didn’t work out as intended, and was abandoned. It’s not the case with Orsinium, definitely a well made DLC with a lot of PVE content. Its biggest merit? You can play it at any level, and have some fun even without reaching the cap. The bad? A bunch of bugs and glitches, lack of originality, and the Maelstrom Arena. Let’s hope Zenimax will be a bit bolder with DLCs in the future. For now, it’s all good.

It’s an old game, that arrived on Steam lately and whose community has shrunk quite a lot. Still, even with its technical shortcomings and age, it remains one of the best driving simulators out there.

This strange “Bomberman-like” game, captivated us. It’s chaotic, colorful and fun, especially when played with friends. Unfortunately, some matchmaking problems and a repetitive structure doom it to the “could-have-been-better” limbo.

A horror with a decent opening, and passive gameplay where you look at things a lot and play a lot less. The interesting story is not nearly enough for it to get passing marks, unfortunately.

Bad gameplay and not-so-inspired art direction make this platform a forgettable one. There’s definitely a lot of better stuff out there, trust us.

It is definitely cute, and has some good qualities, but not enough to be truly worth it, due to plain gameplay mechanics and level design. If you want some challenge or a varied and surprising experience, this is not for you.

Clearly inspired by The Binding of Isaac in some aspects, it forms its own personality by leaning on the solid basics of roguelike platform games. It is unfortunately plagued by some technical problems. Considering the high level of the competition, that stuff matters.

Tower defense aficionados will definitely like this game. It has a unique (but intuitive) control system and a deep strategy element. It’s even fun in multiplayer, thus making originality and lack of modes its only weakness. It’s a significant weakness, though.

A decent beat em up, with interesting power ups. Don’t expect anything more, nor a great challenge. After about 1 hour and a half you’ll have seen everything it has to offer.

Definitely not the greatest sports management game around. Not even close. But it’s more than enough for basket fans, mostly due to its extensive database and the passionate community (that already resolved the “lack of licenses” problem). There’s still a lot of work to be done on actual matches in the game, that’s a given.

A quintessential experience for point and click adventure lovers. Deponia is an old school game with brilliant humor and smart puzzles, that anyone should try.

A mediocre puzzle game. There are definitely some original ideas in there, but they’re not nearly enough to cover for a bland gameplay and the lack of content. It could grow in the future, due to its peculiar nature and the strong dependence on community-made content, but we wouldn’t bet on it.
