Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is what any great sequel aspires to be. Evolving from petty countryside trifles into a full-blown historical drama filled with political intrigues of important figures in the powerful regions of Kuttenberg and Trosecko. Overhauled game systems, improved UI, streamlined mechanics, enhanced graphics and better technology provide overall much grander and polished experience but keep the same spirit of the original game.

Despite the fact that the Civilization series has been around for a while, it still manages to bring something new that at least slightly enriches and changes the gameplay. Here we have another quality piece of work that is worth playing.

Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles is sort of the ultimate version of the game, where you can find all the content in one place, even from different versions (and it's based on the Dreamcast version). So there's lots of characters, levels, a gallery of bonus material and other content. But it's not a good experience. It's full of bugs, often major ones, that often make it impossible to progress through the game.

It takes a monster to destroy a monster, and you'll love the ability to transform in this action RPG. Graphically, the game is worse, but the gameplay is excellent.

They don't make games like that anymore, and Ninja Gaiden 2 Black shows that this is a game with roots that go back almost 20 years. It's overly bloody, overly provocative, but it suits the game. Just like the dynamic action gameplay that won't let you breathe a sigh of relief. What's more, there's still a decent level of challenge to keep you going and motivated to improve. It's just a shame that, after all this time, the developers haven't tried to tweak a few things.

Idun does not impress with its appearance, it can even frighten you when you take a quick look at the colorful, seemingly chaotic mixture. But the content of the game is interesting and brings new elements to the tower defense genre. The combination of defensive components is very variable and effective.

The second part of the Final Fantasy VII remake trilogy has also found its way to PC, which is a positive trend at the moment and the developers have done it very well.

Far Eastern farming game still has a lot going for it, and it's perhaps surprising that it bravely left Early Access and opened up to the world without much fanfare. The gameplay is fun, but the monotony and lack of variety only serve to highlight the imperfect strategic elements.

The first game from developer Random Worlds focuses on strategic battles between the Celts and the Romans. The game has an interesting management system, but simple battles quickly become boring.

Hands of Necromancy II achieves exactly what it sets out to do - to be a fun homage to classic FPS such as Heretic, Doom and Quake. Quality arsenal and complex levels offer hours of fun shooting experience.

Donkey Kong Country Returns HD is a great game to play. It always has been and always will be. What's more, you can enjoy it with a friend in local co-op, which adds to the fun. The problem is that this remaster feels too basic. Nintendo has got a little lazy compared to the remasters at the start of the Switch generation, which brought a wagonload of new content.

G.I. Joe: Wrath of Cobra is an example of a game that doesn't make you feel anything - positive or negative, just nothing. I'd go as far as to say it's a useless game. It's not a bad game, it's not a good game, it's just an uninspiring grey mediocrity that you'll forget about five minutes after you finish it, if you force yourself to finish it at all.

Flight Simulator 2024 is an interesting title not only for aviation enthusiasts, but also for players who want to explore the world from above and admire its beauty. The new title has many attractive features, such as photography, different pilot jobs and new types of aircraft, including balloons and airships. It's just a shame that the game often uploads additional data.

Would you like to be a train driver? In this game you can. And you will also build tracks and buildings. And switch points. And cut down trees. And something else. But it won't be that great. The game is complicated, full of bugs, and looks like Early Access even though it is marked as a finished product.

The Thing: Remastered brings back to life the unjustly forgotten survival horror game that, while never achieving the cult status of its cinematic predecessor, still offers an interesting gameplay experience with mechanics that still feel fresh and new today. Unfortunately, the game also suffers from some of the original's shortcomings, such as very weak AI and a drop in pacing and atmosphere towards the end.

It's refreshing to play the Soul Reaver games again after so many years in one big, beautifully enhanced package. So you have a new opportunity to (once again) play a pair of games in a unique and mysterious world with a wonderfully interwoven story and charismatic characters. Whether you're a newcomer or a veteran of the originals, there's something here for everyone.

It's more than a game. It is a film in which you play the leading role of the most popular archaeologist from TV and cinema screens. The combination of these two genres is astonishing and perfectly coordinated. You'll travel around the world with Dr Jones, and although this expedition has some minor flaws, it's a truly epic experience.
