Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse is an entertaining title with a few disappointing aspects, including linear puzzles and awkward animations, which makes for a lukewarm revival.

I Am Bread is a quirky title that can be a lot of bun at times, and it will certainly fill a hole before a much more substantial meal comes along. However, the title's control, camera, and performance issues do put a dampener on things, so unless you absolutely love silly experiences of this ilk, we'd recommend keeping your dough in your wallet and putting it towards something a little less stale.

A mashup with good intentions, the title falls a long way short of its admirable aspirations.

While it certainly doesn't do anything new to win over those who aren't fans of the genre, it does more than enough to sap away the hours of anyone who's willing to wrap their head around its complex workings.

Simply put, Luffy and his crew's latest adventure is a joy to play.

The game is different, odd, colourful, and often funny, but it feels like step backwards from its predecessors in more ways than one. And sadly playing as Battle Cat just doesn't seem to fix it.

Nova-111 is an enjoyable turn-based adventure game that manages to impress with its refreshing controls and charming art style. In a perfect world, remasters and enhanced editions would be reserved for games that fall into one of two categories: classics and underappreciated gems. Unfortunately, Risen 3: Titan Lords - Enhanced Edition is neither.

The cartoony, minimalist graphics and eye-catching presentation will hold your attention, but like a fanciful daydream, the breezy experience will abruptly end, leaving you sighing in disappointment as you snap back to reality and stow away its pleasant aspects at the back of your mind for a good, long while.

It may not have as many games as the decade-old Mega Man Anniversary Collection, but Legacy Collection is a much better effort when it comes to overall presentation and ensuring that each game is reproduced as faithfully as possible.

A massive amount of dialogue often saps the pace of an otherwise eerily tense third-person adventure, but other than that, this is a welcome addition to the franchise that's well worth experiencing if you're a fan of the maniacal Monokuma and all that he stands for.

As a schlocky horror it's a success, but its fiction actually goes beyond simple slasher – even if it remains intentionally silly throughout. Outside of the irritatingly expected technical hiccups, Tales from the Borderlands: Episode 4 – Escape Plan Bravo is brilliant. Creative, heartfelt, and fittingly ludicrous, it's represents Telltale at its best, in what is quickly becoming the most consistent series in its portfolio.

Kung Fury: Street Rage is an addictive and challenging beat-'em-up in the right hands, and a somewhat entertaining one for a night in with some drunken pals.

Pure Hold'em is an impressive recreation of the popular card game. It features a high level of polish, as well as a multitude of modes. Whether you're a beginner or a more advanced player the game is an enjoyable title to spend some time with.

There's an endearing independent spirit to TorqueL which will make you want to see it succeed, but the title turns out to be a bit of a one-trick pony with a handful of frustrations to boot. A quick restart button and a better control scheme could have improved the game dramatically, while a fairer price point would have made it easier to recommend.

It's another expensive piece of DLC that doesn't quite justify its price tag unless you're a feverish fan of BioWare's latest.

Some great fights and a few good storytelling moments keep the expansion from seeming completely toothless, but it's just not as sharp as it should be.

Adventures of Pip is sure to provide any fans of the genre with a good few hours of fun, and offers up some very interesting gameplay mechanics to boot. Unfortunately, the game is undermined by some niggling issues and poor design choices, but these don't hinder it enough to obscure an otherwise charming and intelligent little outing.

If you can get past the fact that the combat only really comes into its own a few hours in, you may just find yourself disappearing into its depths for bit longer than you might have expected.

Zombi has transitioned to the PS4 rather well: the fear-inducing aspects of the second screen are re-created well enough to achieve similar scares, the loading times are greatly improved, and – three years later – it's still a unique survival title that never compromises its horror for action.

Simply put, Gauntlet: Slayer Edition is a great lark about with buddies, and Arrowhead almost hit the bullseye with this one, if only the visuals and music were a bit more interesting.

As part of a larger, more cost-effective compilation, this would have been a decent addition – but instead you have a mind bogglingly expensive minigame, which only the most dedicated of wordsmiths should consider.

Enchanting and unique, this is a very welcome new member of the PS4 family.

Those willing to invest will find that the loveable characters and attractive art style provide more than enough incentive to replay the game multiple times, but the generic story and often frustrating judgement system prove to be traitors at times.

Still, if you're looking for something a little out-there, then this is an interesting option – and the fact that it offers an excuse to actually use the PS4's underutilised camera is just the cherry on the top.

Actual Sunlight's ability to stir discomfort is its greatest achievement. It depicts the difficulties of trying to beat depression alone, and while that makes for some pretty heavy material, it's successful in what it sets out to do.
