Where Revenge drops the ball somewhat is in the surprising lack of stuff to do or find once all the racing circuits and characters have been unlocked.- PSX Nation

Competent but uninspired, Armored Core Nexus continues to cater to a dedicated following of PS2 owners that milk its customization features for all they’re worth.- PSX Nation

Classic platforming action done right. It’s tough as nails, fun and paced to near perfection. What it isn’t, is very original.- PSX Nation

It's slick, colorful, challenging, well-rounded, has a soundtrack to die for and it allows you and a friend to waste more time playing "Pong" than either one would ever care to admit.- PSX Nation

A recycled (and quite inept) PS2 interface plagued with technical shortcomings (slowdown galore!) that mirrors the prequel’s 2001 PS2 version makes this the console version of Max Payne 2 to avoid.- PSX Nation

The cakewalk difficulty, absence of key characters from the book/movie and uneven control schemes (turn-based battles geared toward melee combat) overwhelm one’s gaming senses more than the detailed visuals (character animations are off though) and stellar audio.- PSX Nation

With everything from killer combos, tons of unlockable content, and a mere forty dollar price tag, what's not to love?- PSX Nation

Ugly graphics keep this from scoring higher, and yes we realize graphics aren't everything... Buffy fans should be pleased though I think VU Games can do just a bit better.- PSX Nation

My biggest beef with Siren is that it's one and only really "key" feature, sightjacking, was played up to be a very useful tool that will be essential in your survival. What no one really bothered to mention is that sightjacking is about all the game really is (at least in the earlier portions of the game).- PSX Nation

It's this inflexibility to allow for player experimentation that keeps "Sheep Raider" into the realm of very good PSOne game, instead of the near-classic status.- PSX Nation

Speaking of gameplay this is where the title just can't manage to break out from the norm. What we needed here was something full of new ideas, not just a revolution of the ideas already given in previous games.- PSX Nation

Fun stuff for shooter fans starved for PS2-worthy eye candy, but it doesn't offer anywhere near the degree of excellence we've come to expect from the talented group of people over at Treasure.- PSX Nation

Although much better than the Dreamcast version and the visual/aural pinnacle for the series, ESPN International Track & Field still mostly parties like it's 1983 with its mix of ten old and new events.- PSX Nation

Hardcore fans of this Koei action series will be in affordable expansion pack heaven, since Xtreme Legends delivers more of what made “DW3” such a challenging and amusing button-masher of a 3D “Final Fight” clone.- PSX Nation

This Robotech virgin is sad to report that playing Battlecry without candy-colored nostalgia clouding one’s judgment will result in satisfying, but ultimately unfulfilling, mechanized shooter frustration.- PSX Nation

So quirky in style, Japanese in appearance and intricate in difficulty (the numerical configurations for multiple dice rolling are staggering!) that even after learning how to play it I didn’t have any fun whatsoever playing it.- PSX Nation

But come on, do we really need FIVE different "Pac-Man" games, TWO "Pole Position" games, TWO "Dig Dug" games and TWO "Galaga" games on a compilation CD-ROM that only has 12 titles? I mean, it's a CD-ROM for Christ's sake!- PSX Nation

The improvements are great and make the game closer to the vision of a great 3D X-Men fighter but it’s hard to recommend a game that is so lacking in depth that it becomes quickly tiresome.- PSX Nation

These two versions of SNK’s long-running franchise compensate for their outdated visuals and muffled sounds with well-honed and rewarding gameplay that’s as hard as it is rewarding if you’re into this type of game.- PSX Nation
