There might be some sensory overload at the start, but once you settle in, everything comes naturally. It is the ideal old-school arcade shmup that should appeal to nostalgic and contemporary gamers alike.- PlayStation Universe

There's tense, creative stealth action to be had in Thief's fun-but-flawed triumph over technical flubs, wasted narrative potential, and cringeworthy dialogue.- PlayStation Universe

An exceedingly high-concept explorative puzzler, Master Reboot's subsequent execution leaves a lot to be desired. Hobbling its lofty ambitions with poor presentation, inconsistently designed puzzles and a distinct lack of atmosphere, Master Reboot gives us a peek at a grander design that it sadly fails to realise.- PlayStation Universe

Such is the high bar set by Naughty Dog that we expected a little more from this bite-sized DLC package. Nonetheless, Left Behind is gloriously produced with an excellent storyline spin-off that gives you a deeper insight into Ellie's character.- PlayStation Universe

Red Barrels' Outlast is a solid indie title, which provides tension and scares in equal abundance. And while it lacks the sort of story depth a lot of us have become accustomed to, there is still a plethora of terrifying fun to be had. Get it on PlayStation Plus as soon as you can.- PlayStation Universe

Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc is easily one of the PlayStation Vita's niche gems with rock solid presentation and a gripping story that doesn't let you go till the end.- PlayStation Universe

Lighting Returns takes to the end of the world with vivacity and conviction, reshaping the way that RPGs can and should be in many great ways. Even if the game engine is well past its prime and the voice acting is weak at times, the overall package is an entanglement of nostalgia and intrigue for fans of Final Fantasy XIII and the RPG genre.- PlayStation Universe

Monster Hunter meets Dynasty Warriors in this interesting new IP from Tecmo Koei. If you like lots of farming this is the game for you when building your arsenal. The story is also gripping enough to have you wondering whats next, but if Dynasty Warriors combat is not for you, this won't change it for you.- PlayStation Universe

A more focused, hard-boiled narrative and comic-book artistry make 'Smoke and Mirrors' a more compelling game than 'Faith,' even if it's not necessarily more fun or interesting to play.- PlayStation Universe

Surge Deluxe will keep you hooked from start to finish making it one of the best games I have played on the Vita for a long time. With its simple yet addictive gameplay, players will be compelled to keep plugging away at it in hopes of beating their high score, while the Trophies are sure to keep you coming back for more.- PlayStation Universe

When all is said and slaughtered, Age of Zombies is a fun pick-up-and-play arcade title that will occupy your time when you're sitting on the bus waiting to reach your next destination. While it can get tedious in stretches, underneath the repetitive but simple gameplay is buried something of interest: no, not a mindless zombie, but rather pure mindless fun.- PlayStation Universe

The HD version isn't without its issues, but the overhauled visuals make the environments that were phenomenal on the PS Vita equally so on home consoles. The unique choices in Assassin's Creed: Liberation also differentiate it from the rest of the series in a way that makes its upscaling relevant to the industry as a whole.- PlayStation Universe

No doubt, Don't Starve will split opinion squarely down the middle, but for those willing to put the man hours in it there's undoubtedly a proverbial treasure throve of depth at hand. Either way, Klei Entertainment's offering is a refreshingly robust and intriguing title which sets the wheels of Sony's PS4 indie proclamation firmly in motion.- PlayStation Universe

This port might be the superior version of the game, but it still has its flaws. One can't deny Sony's dedication to indie games. It might be better served coming up with new, original games instead of ports of games that likely didn't sell well on other platforms.- PlayStation Universe
