With its new narrative and additional characters being as well-received as they are, Road to Boruto is a solid expansion that is somewhat let down by uneven side quests and a far too brief story mode.- PlayStation Universe

Resident Evil Revelations is a great buy for Resi fans and a solid entry into the series for newcomers. Just don’t expect anything new if you’ve already played the game on Nintendo 3DS or PS3.- PlayStation Universe

Starlink: Battle For Atlas is a fun and enjoyable open-world space sim that tells a charming story with a likeable cast of characters. Despite its repetitive side activities and money-sucking selection of toys, the core gameplay loop and combat system are worth your time. The fact that everything can be brought digitally is also a plus.- PlayStation Universe

With great art direction and fun, though infuriating, puzzles. The Last Case Of Benedict Fox is a fun Metroidvania with great brain teasers and entertaining combat. It just takes a while to experience the best parts of the game. Exploration is fun but suffers in places like the combat and puzzles. But it doesn't keep the game from being fun all the same.- PlayStation Universe

A fun, grind-heavy dungeon crawler that shows off some wonderful anime designs. It is an easy pickup for most RPG fans, but especially for those looking for an old-school Wizardry experience.- PlayStation Universe

The PlayStation brand has something special in God Eater Resurrection, and developing the franchise even more would be a godsend. With little holding it back, Resurrection makes a strong statement on how the hunter genre should be.- PlayStation Universe

In Too Deep suffers greatly from an over familiarity with both post-apocalyptic worlds and Telltale’s own formula. If not for Michonne herself, this would be a truly disastrous start to the latest entry in this partnership.- PlayStation Universe

Code Vein does a few things well, like the amount you can customize as well as how enjoyable it is to explore the world proper. However, combat lacks the kind of refinement needed for such a complicated battlefield, and companions prove either useless or render you useless. Code Vein features many heavy inconsistencies that hide away a few good ideas.- PlayStation Universe

A decent attempt at a co-op experience in the Ratchet & Clank universe, All 4 One falls a bit short on providing a truly engaging and satisfying co-op offering.- PlayStation Universe

Elex 2 asks a lot of you and only gives so much in return. The game provides several special concepts and attempts, but the team’s resources limit their potential the entire way. As long as you know what Elex 2 has in store, you might find something there for you.- PlayStation Universe

Degrees of Separation has a great deal of heart built into it. Ember and Rime bring a light but appealing dichotomy to the world that's fun to solve puzzles with. However, both narrative and gameplay pacing suffer greatly due to creative choices. In the right hands, Degrees of Separation could be a personal favorite. However, a great companion is required to overcome this game's frequent, repetitive shortcomings.- PlayStation Universe

Worms Rumble proves that worms don't need to take turns to sentence one another to a sheepy death. Not only that, but Worms Rumble succeeds in giving us an accessibly fun shooter with a decent amount of nuance for the competitive to wrestle with. The real-time combat and traversal work very well, and with speedy matchmaking, you'll always be up for one more game. The levels are well designed for a fun experience, although we would hope for more options in the future.- PlayStation Universe

A Fisherman’s Tale tells a charming story with surprising depth that is unfortunately marred by technical issues. Within its brief playtime, the game’s story packs in enough thought provoking content that I found myself thinking about it for days after playing. Though I’m not recommending A Fisherman’s Tale, I wouldn’t blame you if you decided to play it anyhow.- PlayStation Universe

Some new additions to the gameplay makes this title more than a simple Vita conversion, and great for those who never picked up the original. Still, if you already own it on the PS3 there is nothing that new to warrant a new purchase unless you need an RPG on the Vita or are a seasoned trophy hunter.- PlayStation Universe

My feelings on Teslagrad 2 are simply disappointment. It’s a fairly solid Metroidvania with some frustrating moments and a vagueness that rubbed me the wrong way at times. It’s undeniably beautiful to watch in action, and that helps carry it across the line.- PlayStation Universe

Fe features a charming aesthetic and a wonderful soundtrack that elevates with every beat. However, it suffers mechanically in key moments, requiring enough compensation to detract from the game’s overarching intentions. Still, there’s something here, but it’ll be behind a struggle.- PlayStation Universe

Not quite the next-gen (currently gen, I guess) debut that motocross fans would have hoped for, MXGP 2020 nonetheless does a relatively commendable job of filling a distinctly motocross shaped hole in the PlayStation 5 library. It's just a shame that more hasn't been done to make use of the cutting edge technology that has brought MXGP 2020 to life - doubly so given the resoundingly solid core racing experience that developer Milestone has wrought and refined here.- PlayStation Universe

Alien: Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition then is deeply flawed and arguably struggles to trace a satisfying gameplay loop over the lines of its source material. However, it gets enough right with the atmosphere and general presentation that it ends up being one of the best 6/10 games I’ve played in a good while. Though that might be damning with faint praise and certainly far from a perfect organism, I still feel Alien: Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition is worth checking out for Aliens fans all the same.- PlayStation Universe

Many pretenders and contenders have attempted to lay claim to Contra’s run-and-gun throne over the years, with some glowingly successful and others failing abysmally, but Contra: Operation Galuga largely preserves its legacy with this faithful recreation of the much-loved 1980s classic. While Operation Galuga won’t offer fans anything shocking or out of the ordinary, it’s still a pleasing upgrade they’ll be clamouring for. There’s plenty in here to relish, and it’s not bloated with new features and ideas that could otherwise jeopardize this renewed relic. Yes, more could’ve been done to reinvent the classic gameplay, but one shouldn’t fix what isn’t broken, and so Operation Galuga is a successful if formulaic return for one of gaming’s most hardcore franchises.- PlayStation Universe

Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality is a game that fans of the franchise will enjoy. It's a great puzzle game with fantastic writing and voice over work. I just wish it was a bit longer and didn't require so much space for a VR title to enjoy. The game is a real workout.- PlayStation Universe

No Straight Roads is an overambitious game that tries to do many things and fails to impress with any of them. Despite fantastic world-building, loveable characters, and great voice acting the game fumbles in the narrative department and suffers from noticeable and frequent technical issues. Lacking gameplay polish also makes No Straight Roads more of a flop than a surefire hit.- PlayStation Universe

At just over five hours long with scope for additional playthroughs depending on whether you're sympathetic to Petrian regime, rebel against it or fall somewhere in-between, Road 96: Mile 0 belies its budget price with a surprisingly choice-stuffed narrative that doesn't match the broad calibre of Road 96 but is nonetheless still worth playing all the same.- PlayStation Universe
