A huge surprise - a nerdy, technically accurate flight sim that's also loads of fun to play. [Oct 2009, p.114]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

The problem here isn't the looks or the amount of stuff there is to do, it's the controls. [Oct 2009, p.109]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

Likeable at times, but the lack of variety will have you reaching for the bottle long before the end. [Feb 2010, p.115]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

The whole game is a class act. The fighting is sophisticated but arcade-addictive, the visuals are stylish, and the Lara-like exploration is smartly done. Plus the DC heritage feels all-encompassing like a big blanket. Arkham Asylum is comfortably the best comic book game that PlayStation's ever had, and is up there with the system's best actioners, full stop. [Sept 2009, p.95]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

When it's good, it's absolutely bloody brilliant. But the deeper you delve, the tougher it is to ignore its few flaws. [Aug 2009, p.106]- Playstation Official Magazine UK
