If F.E.A.R. 3 has one major drawback it's the fact that it's not scary at all, but instead is just mildly creepy most of the time.

It's a shame where the series has headed lately, and fans should skip out on PlayStation Move Ape Escape altogether.

Really, anyone looking for a fun and intriguing story, unique gameplay and great cast of characters should give Beyond Good & Evil a long overdue playthrough.

The only way I can truly describe it is it's like going out to dinner at an ok restaurant for the first time. The food wasn't bad enough that you wanted your money back, but it wasn't enough that you would recommend it to anyone.

Puzzle Agent is too short, and not memorable enough to warrant our stamp of approval, and there are far better games on PSN, and from Telltale Games.

Takes solid gameplay and pairs it with a hilarious story. Shadows of the Damned varies the gameplay enough to keep you engaged, and the story will have you craving for the next witticism from Johnson. Poor enemy and boss design is the only thing holding this game back from being a hit.

A moderately fun action-adventure title that creates an interesting, albeit confusing experience to play through, which just needed a little more polish, spark, and character progression to make it great.

A great title for the PSN. It draws from several other games for inspiration, but is able to make an experience that feels unique.

Duke Nukem Forever is the result of what first began as perfectionism that slowly snowballed into mismanagement.

With a multiplayer option that is severely lacking in polish and depth, Dungeon Siege III sets itself as a mainly single player dungeon crawler. With a campaign that was over at around 11 hours and very little replay value, the game is very hard to recommend at a $60/£40 price.

If you are in the market for an RTS experience that will test your mettle and only lightly dent your online wallet, then Under Siege is a game you want to look into. Those wanting something that stays closer to the traditional formula of games like Starcraft won't find much comfort here.

By making the game world feel alive, and having all the elements of the game underline the true meanings of choice and decision, inFamous 2 is a masterpiece of game design and execution.

A fun co-op experience with an interesting storyline. Tie in a dungeon creator, and it can keep you coming back for more with a fresh new map to play on.

In the end it seems odd, and a little disappointing that Volition chose not to include any directly competitive multiplayer mode, especially after the unique flair of the one in Guerrilla. However, the modes available do provide plenty of fun and gameplay, making Armageddon well worth playing.

For Virtua Tennis to survive, it needs new ideas, and a more robust experience wrapped around the fast-paced experience.

MX vs. ATV Alive takes what was new about Reflex and tweaks it subtly, though the lack of a traditional career mode ends up hurting the game more than helping it.

L.A. Noire combines the best of action games, the best of adventure games, the best of cinema, and the best facial animation in video games to create an experience unlike any other.

To say that Brink is a bad game wouldn't be accurate, and instead it's a good game that falls short on delivering its full potential. Had it come with more maps, and a little bit more emphasis on the story to make gamers want to learn more about The Ark, it would have been a great class shooter. Straight out of the box it is just a decent one with bad A.I.

Offers some fantastic game mechanics, a decent story and enough variety to keep you coming back to see it through to the end. Fans of the genre and series should absolutely give this one a try, it may just become the staple title for future puzzle-battle games.

Between the marvellous story, perfect pacing, evolving/subtle soundtrack, challenging but not frustrating puzzles, and one of the absolute best ending sequences the likes of which may never be seen again, there is literally nothing to complain about this game.

It's a completely generic affair, however, that does not stray from your typical formula of level grinding and copious, repeating dungeons.

While StarDrone is enjoyable at first, it quickly becomes repetitive and tedious. Level design seems to actively encourage gamers to replay levels to unlock high scores, but the linear puzzle elements and simple levels make replaying levels unappealing.

When I sat down to write, I was prepared to be more positive about SOCOM 4. Multiplayer and co-op make for a ton of fun and the game is built solid from the ground up, but don't waste your money if you only plan on playing SOCOM 4's single-player campaign.
