Simply the best in the series and as such the best skateboarding game on PS3...Its sense of fun and superb control mechanics are still without equal. [Issue#192, p.82]- Play UK

Due to the arguably archaic control scheme and the co-op aspect, Resi 5 isn’t for everybody. Then again, we love it, and we’ve been playing Resident Evil for over a decade; if you’re one of us, then Resident Evil 5 will suit you perfectly.- Play UK

Monster Hunter still wins out in terms of depth and variety, but Omega Force manages to nail so many of the other elements that make Capcom’s game so satisfying. And since Capcom is busy sleeping with the enemy, we have no hesitation whatsoever in heralding Toukiden as the best Monster Hunter game on Vita.- Play UK

There's a real sense of calculated attack and defence throughout each race. [Issue#193, p.88]- Play UK

While it's not a huge step up from the original, a break of two and a half years and a bit of polish makes Darksiders II easy to recommend. It has issues, but there's a hell of a lot of game for those who want it. [Issue#221, p.70]- Play UK

Combines a tactical battle system, a mature setting and an intriguing story to perfect effect, breaking away from many of the cliches the genre relies on. [Issue 141, p.108]- Play UK

The best puzzle game on PSP by far, but owners of the original might be more disappointed that it doesn't take more abmitious steps to stretch its formula further and see what happens. [Issue #147, p.76]- Play UK

An improvement over the original, but still suffering technical issues and is decidedly old-fashioned in many regards. [Issue#203, p.72]- Play UK

Playing like a mixture of Phoenix Wright, Virtue’s Last Reward and Persona, Danganronpa is a compelling and thrilling visual novel with great writing and characterisation. Anyone in the mood for a good murder mystery should get on it, quick sharp.- Play UK

With some crazy fun online elements and a badass sense of actual achievement, Dying Light is the zombie game we've been working for. Just mute those terrible voices. [Issue#254, p.64]- Play UK

If you’re still playing Street Fighter IV or looking for a reason to go back to it, Ultra is an easy recommendation. If somehow you’ve gone this long without actually owning a copy, the retail release due in August comes packaged with all of the costume DLC, so it’s probably worth holding out for that.- Play UK

That’s a large part of the appeal of FIFA – the fact that there are so many different ways to enjoy the game of football at its core, all of which are compelling in their own way. We’ll have to wait and see if FIFA 15 is the best football game released this year, but it sure as hell sets a high bar.- Play UK

You’ll enjoy Mytran Wars, given time and an understanding of the battle mechanics. It’s got something others in the genre don’t – a feeling you’re playing a game of skill.- Play UK

The basics are superb, visuals gorgeous and potential enormous - while there wasn't a huge amount of content at launch, we've already seen the world improve, and that's just going to keep on happening. [Issue#249, p.52]- Play UK

It's not the game you want to justify your purchase of a Vita, as it won't have you signing the merits of its various technical features and thanking the Lord for a rear touchpad. But it's something more important than that – fun.- Play UK
