DoW III is trying to offer something to fans of both first and second installment in the series, but by implementing "half" and "in-between" solutions, Relic is stepping into a danger zone of satisfying none of them.- PLAY! Zine

Prey is an action exploration game that sends a love letter to games such as System Shock 2 and Bioshock. It takes the best from them and combines it with some of its own fresh ideas and innovative gameplay, to create an amazing journey. Set on the Talos I space station that has been compromised by an alien race, you assume the role of Morgan, a scientist who will have to explore, survive and discover the world of Prey.- PLAY! Zine

Fun shooting and open world are great, but there aren’t many Ghost Recon elements and game simply feels dull at times.- PLAY! Zine

Full freedom and innovative level design, but sloppy controls and sometimes stupid enemy AI will ruin your experience from time to time.- PLAY! Zine

Kona is taking the best elements from the walking simulators, survival games and classic adventure games and putting them all in one place. It relies heavily on the setting and the atmosphere of isolation and even builds a nice little detective story on top of that.- PLAY! Zine

If you loved what Stranger Things did with 80s, you will love this game. Retro text adventures are a hard thing to sell to modern generations, but this game knows how to do it.- PLAY! Zine

There are no words to describe just how divine Breath of the Wild is. It’s easy to pinpoint its mortal weaknesses, but impossible to number all the strengths, this game represents a new definition of perfection. A simple, outstanding reminder of how simple ideas can overcome modern desires through the power of sheer effort and love.- PLAY! Zine

A rough restart to a beloved franchise plagued by bugs and glitches. An inexperienced team of fans working on new saga led to poor storytelling and writing. On the other hand, flawless gameplay and shooting mechanics advance the franchise further and we are confident that the sequels will only get better.- PLAY! Zine

You can't remake the charm of Banjo-Kazooie while disguising it as another game. Yooka-Laylee is a package of nostalgia that aged badly. There is a lot to love here but at the same time, there is a lot to be outraged about. Nonetheless, it is a recommendation you should tread carefully on.- PLAY! Zine

Sharp self-aware humor and crazy characters are what every old school point & click fan likes, and this game has a ton of it. Where the game wasn't so successful is the puzzle design and story development.- PLAY! Zine

Torment excels at great narrative and storytelling, colorful characters and integrative quest lines. Wonderful and weird world of Numenera will soak you in for dozens of hours, but weak fight mechanics will definitely turn off some hardcore RPG players.- PLAY! Zine

A prime example of "Easy to learn, hard to master" kind of a game, with hard, but extremely rewarding and challenging gameplay mechanics.- PLAY! Zine

Nier: Automata manages to capture all of the qualities that PlatinumGames is known for, and delivers them out of nowhere, all at once, with a package of superb sounds, visuals and storyline. Never have we been more excited about slashing through hordes of mechanical foes, while being a sexy female android, more than we are now. Don't miss it.- PLAY! Zine

Playing Sniper Elite series is getting more and more interesting with every new instalment of the franchise. Its clever level design in combination with a brutal XRay camera is a winning combination. But a weak story and sometimes sluggish AI are the main reasons why this AAA game does not deserve a top score.- PLAY! Zine

Realpolitiks by Jujubee is a good concept that went astray at some point and lots of features in game could have been executed better. Constant pop-up windows with choices are annoying and repetitive, warfare is horrible and overall game is too simple and content lacking.- PLAY! Zine

An awesome remaster and a taste of what's to come, yet lack of new content make this package something only true fans will enjoy to the fullest. But the way this prologue plays is more than a good reason to look forward for the next installment in the series.- PLAY! Zine

Wonderfully painted explanation of how sequels are made. Not a single piece falls out of great foundations made by the first game, yet fills up the experience with so much more. A treat for every single fan.- PLAY! Zine

Horizon Zero Dawn is a beautiful open world action adventure with some light RPG elements. It has a good and interesting story in addition to excellent hunting mechanics, but there's also a lack of character diversity and personalities.- PLAY! Zine

Nioh is a really challenging game. Sometimes, maybe even too much so. You have to be at the top of your game just to keep your head on your shoulders. So it's also the perfect example of whether a game's difficulty is just enough to announce the title as a "successful" one or not. Also, that's the reason that we can only recommend Nioh to the biggest hardcore gamers out there.- PLAY! Zine

Run, jump, squash your foes, grab some coins then repeat. A formula so simple, but it still works like a charm. For the entry price, Goblin and Coins is one cute distraction.- PLAY! Zine

Now that the season is complete, we can conclude that the latest Hitman was one solid stealth adventure, providing huge open levels for players to explore on their own. Agent 47, although quite old, is still alive and kicking.- PLAY! Zine

In the year that had so many good FPS games, Call of Duty failed to bring anything of importance to the medium. The tried and tested formula feels rather stale this year and we might've gotten to a point when the series should just take a break until it figures out what it wants to do.- PLAY! Zine

An amazing sequel to a great game, Dishonored 2 would be absolutely phenomenal if it weren't for its plethora of terrible technical problems. Framerate drops, freezes and such are marring this brilliant game so much, the overall experience is hurt.- PLAY! Zine
