Designed as a Devil May Cry clone but based on a card game, Anima barely balances on its playability, with constant problems with the camera and more than wonky platforming sections. Terribly dated graphics are just a final nail in this mediocre coffin.

NHL 21 is almost the same game like NHL 20, with few added additional features to few of its modes. Absolute cash-grab for a yearly roster update and another microtransaction filled unsatisfactory experience.

Gerrrms is a cute party game, that will, unfortunately, grow stale pretty fast. But if you do enjoy it more than it could ever be predicted, there's no harm to be found in this simple and colourful, harmless bacteria brawl.

Even though some of you might find enjoyment in the survival element of this title, ridiculously slow loading times, progress, strangling repetition, unintuitive controls and a surprisingly annoying hunger indicator, made this author seek enjoyment elsewhere. No doubt there is quality here, but my hands were just too tired from digging to look for it any deeper.

Gotham Knights is a prime example of mediocrity and lack of direction. With some useful and interesting ideas, it starts promising but is drawn back fast by its repetitive and clunky combat systems that fail to differ much, with a lack of enemy variety, empty-ish world and weak mission design.

An interesting idea completely shattered by forming the whole gameplay around pure dumb luck. The dice in Tharsis will either make you or break you (mostly the latter), creating an unsatisfying experience only a true masochist could enjoy.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League desperately tries to lure you in with its funny “quirkiness” and looter shooter gameplay, but fails miserably by completely ruining the narrative of almost all DC characters, making them obsolete, weak and poorly written. You can see some sparks of RockSteady’s talent here, but ultimately, the whole experience is very generic, repetitive and extremely disappointing.

A mobile game disguised as a switch game. Story of a Gladiator has some depth hidden but never shown.

A tower defence game that tired, but ultimately failed. It is unfinished and hopefully, we will see a better game with updates in the future.

Shiny could've been a good game that would leave its mark in the platforming genre. It could've stood toe to toe with Meat boy, Mario and even Portal. It could have, but it doesn't.

Supposedly, Bombshell started its life as a Duke Nukem game, yet studio never managed to acquire the license. We're not sure how that game would have turned out, but it probably wouldn't be such an unfinished, bland and painfully unfunny mess as this game.

The Last of Us Part II Remastered is not a remaster at all. At best it has some new features that should have been free. No Return roguelike game mode is lackluster and there is no point in playing it. TLOU combat was complementing the story, and it did so very well – unlike No Return which is basically hide and seek with extra steps. For a layman, the graphic improvements are unnoticeable, especially if you haven’t played it in a while, and there are a bunch of new bugs that were previously absent (falling through the ground, missing limbs on character models, etc). The lost chapters are neat to get some dev insight, but are almost unplayable, as they are mostly alpha. This should have been a free DLC for the fans and not a quick money grab. Naughty Dog, take a note from Santa Monica Studios.

A game that strips the concept of turn-based strategy to its bare bones, without an intriguing story, but with a tedious grind that will turn the player away very soon.

The new TMNT is a repetitive slog that is nowhere near the greatness of original comic nor cartoons and it's a real shame that Platinum Games let such an unpolished game out of their door.

Do not do this to yourself, if you want to play this game (which you should) go ahead and play it on any other platform than Nintendo Switch. This port was so poorly done that it made me wonder am I losing sight.

Another year, another Call of Duty, but worse. The campaign is an insult, the multiplayer additions are minimal and the removal of SBMM is not impacting anything of significance. Sure, the zombies are back and are fun, but does one mode justify the high price of this entry? I think not. This is a barebones, uninspired yearly iteration that does not deserve to be in competition with BF6 and Arc Raider who clearly are going for the win and did not just give up like BLOPS7 did.

The game has a really interesting world, lore, and story, that could easily get you into playing it. But the gameplay aspects, from a fixed camera, broken combat and save system, a bundle of bugs and boring monsters, drag the game into the ground.

Dark Alliance is riddled with fundamental errors with its non-functioning AI, lackluster loot game, and terrible camera. It is flooded with good ideas that seem awfully unfinished, badly designed and implemented that draw it downwards to being another trash looter hack ‘n’ slash game with a potential for a bit more greatness if it had more time invested in it.

Simply put, Ravenlok is a perfect game for beginners of the genre. Its simplicity in gameplay and story makes it a good starting point. But for any experienced players, it will be just a quick, short and quite forgettable romp.

Swimmy camera combined with lock on shooting is a recipe for disaster for a game in which you quickly lose all interest. The territory you need to investigate is large, but without a corresponding map, this experience is much less enjoyable.

Madden NFL 21 is another blatant recycling of last year’s edition of the „simulation“ of the American football. Sadly, most of the modes remained the same. Gameplay received a few minor tweaks, and in the end it still persists as a cash grab not worth anybody’s time.

The Last Case of Benedict Fox is a macabre metroidvania that is inconsistent at all levels. The gameplay is rough and imprecise, while the voice acting is, depending on the character, a mix of both horrible and amazing. Overall, the game fails to establish a definitive tone or direction. I expected so much more, and I genuinely hope that at least the gameplay aspect of the game will be fixed and improved in the future.
