Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars is an incredibly impressive game and probably the most technically impressive game on the Nintendo DS.

The game has a great rock-and-roll art style that works extremely well. The character models are fairly detailed but they all have very unique personalities whether you’re looking at a 60s era rocker, a punk rocker, or a hardcore metalhead.

Rock Band 2 doesn’t revolutionize the series or the genre. It lacks a super defining feature (a la Guitar Hero World Tour’s music creator) but it’s hard to complain when the core game is so good.

The gameplay is, once again, among Nintendo's best of all time. They know how to make the game fun and addictive, and there are very few hiccups that will hurt you.

Ultimately, Rock Band 2 is a fantastic title and one that is highly recommended.

Up Your Arsenal, while not radically different than its predecessors with the exception of the new online play, still provides some of the purest, most enjoyable gameplay available on the PlayStation 2.

Much like "San Andreas," it doesn't force this stuff on you. It lets you uncover them on your own. It's like having a surprise being unwrapped just a little at a time. This is certainly a much tougher game than the first two and the higher sense of realism plays an important role into that.

The game’s aural presentation is equally splendid. The voice acting is amazing; it often times uses a fictional language that enhances the game’s dreamy atmosphere.

Guitar Hero 5 is the ultimate party game. The solid, addicting Guitar Hero gameplay has been made even more accessible and compelling with all of the new additions Neversoft has added for this version.

The modernized graphics, outstanding sound package, solid gameplay, and cute use of the Nintendo DS makes for a very compelling game.

Even up against recent heavyweights like "Painkiller" and "Far Cry", Doom 3’s visuals are a notch above. Using pretty much every graphical technique available like normal mapping, self-shadowing, per-pixel lighting and others that my frail brain cannot understand, the Doom 3 engine is sight to behold.

Bully is the type of game that only a company like Rockstar Games could pull off. It’s undeniably well produced, pushes the envelope as to what is possible in videogames, and remains unquestionably fun.
