It's slightly dazzling that the best Wii game of 2009 is based on a formula from 25 years ago. However it's used imaginatively and the new multiplayer mode is great fun. The tight controls and challenge of yesteryears are still charming. [Dec 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

A hilarious and reasonably original bemani game. Too bad the sound quality is so low. [Sept 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Forza Motorsport 6 delivers the best console racing game to date. It really features stunning attention to detail and driving model. Gran Turismo really has to up its stakes. [Oct 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

Shows that the GTA concept is not suited only for the world of crime. School world has been sadly neglected in games and because of that Canis Canem Edit feels fresh. The Rockstar sense of humour and fun is all here. [Dec 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

One of the best PSP games out there. Snake's dreary life is never fun but playing it is a true pleasure. What we have here is a stealth game par excellence. [Aug 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

An excellent puzzler in the vein of old-school point'n'click-adventures. You need both brains and braw to complete this one. [Feb 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

An overall improvement over Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks proves itself to be one of the best games on DS. [Jan 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

A well made traditional fantasy RPG, even though the marketing department in Bioware would have you think otherwise. The world is well fleshed out and the story is traditional, but still interesting. The game lacks the truly epic atmosphere and realistic looking actors of Mass Effect, but it still manages to be great fun. Big plus for surprisingly challenging combat, which you don't see that much nowadays. [Nov 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

Diablo III: Reaper of Souls makes the necessary changes to make Diablo 3 a legit good and fun game. Removing the auction house and bringing in Loot 2.0 is the correct move, but will the game suffer long term from essentially removing trading all together? Adventure Mode, with the random Nephalem Rifts in particular is a wonderful addition that should bring a ton of longevity. Especially because it lets one skip the lackluster way Diablo 3 still handles the strong plot elements from the earlier games. [Apr 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Little King’s Story is (hopefully) the sleeper hit of this spring. The cute Japanese visuals hide a surprisingly deep, varied and at times rock hard game that is a joy to play. This is an old school game with a capital G and just what the Wii needs. [June 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

PES 2017 works wonders on the pitch. Its smooth controls, various great game modes and attention to detail make PES an enjoyable football experience. [Oct 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

Oh man, is Rayman Origins beautiful or what? The anarchistic humor and vivid landscapes made me enjoy my adventures with Rayman even more than New Super Mario Bros. Or Donkey Kong Country Returns, and that's saying something. Thank you Michel! [Dec 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

The best manager game ever but it is also full of bugs, misinformation and problems with the economic model. Interaction with players and other minor flaws are getting more serious every year. And Finnish league cup at the middle of February is played outside with over 6000 spectators? Give me a break! [Dec 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Looks just absolutely amazing on PC. Too bad the gameplay repeats itself to death: the same static duck and cover firefights get old pretty fast. Luckily the co-op multiplayer is great fun and the brilliant visuals keep players interested enough till the credits roll. [Dec 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

One of the most imaginative games Treasure has ever made. The care and though spent on every stage and boss encounter is impressive. The gameplay is tight although quite not as polished as Treasure's best. The only true criticism can be leveled at the length of the levels which often feel too long for such intensive action. A highly addictive and ruthless (in a good way) 2D-platformer with an endless supply of random roquelike-levels. You won't beat this one in a hurry. [Sept 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

An immensely polished, gripping platformer experience. Aesthetically, Inside is pretty much ahead of anything done in the gaming space right now. That said, the actual gameplay (pushing blocks, scripted chase sequences) is somewhat lacking in substance. [Sept 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

Diablo III is like a game reborn on Xbox 360. The lack of good loot - which really killed the PC version for me - is not a problem here. [Oct 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

Pikmin 3 combines RTS elements, direct action and light puzzles. The result is a quite endearing scifi-adventure despite some control issues and bland splitscreen multiplayer. There's also no real need to develop special tactics for bosses. [Aug 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

This is one of the few iGames out there that are actually made for gamers. It's also an premium game, so there's no F2P content to keep you from playing. On top of that, it's a bloody marvelous racing game. [March 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

The latest expansion probably doesn’t win over any new fans for World of Warcraft, but for a returning player it’s definitely a charming proposition. Draenor is probably the best expansion so far. [Jan 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

Sackboy's shrinked adventure suffers from sloppy controls and unbalanced level design. The cool level editor is also included, so after the disappointing solo content, you can entertain yourself with downloadable levels almost indefinitely. With proper finishing and some reasoning to the control methods, the game would definitely fight it's way to the platformer elite. Now the result is somewhat medium. [Dec 2009]- Pelit (Finland)
