A solid fantasy MMORPG that looks good, plays well and is faithful to Tolkien’s work. It could have broken out of the traditional EverQuest format a bit more, but even now it is one of the best games the genre has seen in recent years. [June 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

An entertaining digital playground/action-adventure. Do whatever you want, whenever you want, as long as it is something criminal. [Jan 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Wretched Devil itself has slithered inside an arcade machine and tenderly shackles the player inside it. Metafictional loop of satanistic ponies wittily dance through an evening it lasts. [Apr 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

An excellent and atmospheric military shooter. The cover and command systems work really well. The multiplayer modes are good, but nothing special. [Apr 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Max Payne 3 is a great action-movie experience with life-like characters that Rockstar is famous for. It does fall a bit flat on the actual action part, however. The controls on consoles are confusing and hard to get used to. Still very much worth a play-thru. It's also one of the best looking console games in the current generation. Rise of the Tomb Raider is a solid action adventure with spectacular visuals and well-defined game mechanics. Sadly the same can't be said about the story. It seems like it was written by a six year-old Indiana Jones fan, who just got done reading The Da Vinci Code. [Dec 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

Definitely feels like a part of the series but it's also refreshingly new. The new look doesn't really work and the amount and quality of the dialogue is off-putting but it doesn't really matter when the game itself works wonderfully and has surprisingly many medium and minor changes. is a pretty, fast and varied arcade racing game in an open world. The off-road-surfaces should be a bit more uneven or maybe softer, though. [Oct 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Many of the new planes are a bit odd, although admittedly pretty fun to fly. As a collection Il-2: 1946 is a true masterpiece. The best version of the greatest simulator of all time. [Jan 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Augmented XCOM is better, although it does not fix some basic flaws. Great the first time you play it. [Dec 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensword fixes many problems that A Realm Reborn had, but one it does not fix is the situation with player-owned houses. End shortage, boot inactive houseowners! [Aug 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

By far the greatest adaptation of a digital dance experience. It's fun to play, you break a sweat an the music track is excellent. The third game comes with a wacky story and some minor improvements. [Nov 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

A polished Breakout-clone with very interesting gravitation effects. It's a bit too easy, though - there's too many extra lives. [Dec 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

The same highly addictive and fun game as on other platforms, but the Wii-only features in the guitar are just mostly irritating. The only new thing that works is the vibration that handily announces the availability of star power. On the other hand, the sound from the controller makes you want to smash the whole thing in true Nirvana style. The visuals are ok on old television, but on never HDTV sets the picture quality so bad that the game becomes almost unplayable at times. Also the sound is only mono, which is a really strange thing for a music game. Worst version of a great game. [Jan 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

One year later Destiny is slowly turning the page from quite good to excellent. While it’s easy to criticize The Taken King for being too expensive for an expansion, it definitely manages to breath some fresh air into the game. Had the original Destiny had the storytelling chops of The Taken King, the game’s reception would’ve probably been much better. [Oct 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

In Heroes of the Storm you play as one of Blizzard's iconic characters from Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo. At first glance the game looks like a typical 5 vs 5 MOBA, but there are changes that differentiate it from its competitors. The matches are shorter, items have been replaced with talents and all maps have different side objectives. Overall, the changes have made the game more intense and varied. The main thing that I have issues with is the payment model. At first it seems fair and reasonable, but after a while you realize that you have to spend tons of money if you want to unlock all the characters or play the game for a long time. Fun and action-packed. Las Vegas is the perfect setup for action. It does get a bit repetitive towards the end, though. [Sept 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Hack & slash games are addictive because they follow a simple formula: kill, kill and kill some more. Path of Exile is no different in this regard. During your quest in the perilous continent of Wraeclast you need to slay thousands and thousands of monsters but it never gets boring because there are a plenty of fresh ideas like the very vast skill system and barter-based economy that differentiate it from other similar games. But it's not a perfect game. The story is weak and the difficulty level is too low in the beginning. [Dec 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

What can I say, Day of the Tentacle is one of the best graphic adventures ever made and the remastered version is the best version of the game. It's a classic in every aspect of the word. [Apr 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

Dirt Rally delivers the most solid experience audio-visually and driving wise to the rally genre. Still, road surfaces and physics could be refined further, and we really need more rallies. [March 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

It’s a shame Monster Hunter is imprisoned within the confines of the 3DS, especially for a game as good as Generations is. If Capcom wanted a more widespread audience for Monster Hunter in the west, they should definitely release it on Steam. [Sept 2016]- Pelit (Finland)
