A half-baked and unfinished attempt at a game, which has been thrown onto the market here for €20. There is nothing left here of the legacy of the former Gothic studio.

A simulation about paramedics is a great idea. The job is exciting and important. Unfortunately, Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator has a lot of bugs, graphic issues and since the Day 1 Patch also in terms of content some problems. The gameplay isn’t that bad, but overall a lot of potential gets wasted.

Starship Troopers: Extermination has (inadvertently?) translated the anti-belligerent ideas of the film into a game so well that it makes us want peace, if only because we don't want to keep doing the same thing. The film argues that war is not fun. And the game isn't fun either.

Cute to look at, motivating and complex: Norland may not be perfect yet, but it has enormous strategic potential. If Long Jault irons out a few weaknesses, Norland could become a real hit candidate. [Early Access Score = 70]

Fairly entertaining in single player. In multiplayer with nostalgic potential, but unfortunately behind in terms of play. Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection disappoints even die-hard fans and plays with retro feelings.

Between the exciting religious setting, lousy technology and unintentionally weird gameplay, The Inquisitor commits the worst of all deadly sins: it's boring as hell.

Call of Duty has lost its magic. Modern Warfare 3 is miles away from the epic campaign missions of the franchise. The new open combat missions are boring and we are missing the scripted action sequences of the prequels. After only four hours the story is completed, even for a Call of Duty that’s short. We still have the feeling, this game should be a DLC and not a sequel of MW2. [Campaign Review Score = 40]

Paleo Pines is overpriced and not worth it, because it doesn't come close to good farming sims or cozy games like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley. The graphics and animations are lackluster. In addition, many mechanics are very tedious and annoying. The only unique factor, the cute dinosaurs, is simply not convincing enough to outweigh the flaws.

One or two nice ideas and the unconventional main character do not save Gollum from boring gameplay, clunky controls and a technique that even Sauron would find too cruel.

A pointless re-release. If you really want to play this game, despite all its shortcomings, you should pick up the superior ScummVM version.

I’ve played all sorts of Souls-likes, including some made primarily for mobile platforms, which is to say that I don’t necessarily need the highest production standards to enjoy the core formula. I’d be willing to forgive the laughable presentation, if the gameplay wasn’t equally bad. The game feels bad to control, the animations are stiff and clunky, the user interface is a farce, the level environments are criminally boring, crafting equipment is annoying and tedious, the bossfights are terribly designed – there’s next to nothing here that isn’t subpar. Granted, there are a few good ideas and boss mechanics in there, but all of them are either poorly executed or half-hearted. Dolmen is not only the worst Souls-like I’ve played yet, it’s also a good contender for one of this year’s worst games.

I don't know who thought this was a good idea. There are so many jobs out there that could be turned into an interesting and entertaining simulator game. But road maintenance is definitely none of them.

Playing Thunder Tier One feels like babysitting in a warzone. It is stressful, annoying and overall just not enjoyable, especially when playing alone.

The Pro Evolution Soccer series was all the time a worthy opponent for the popular football simulation FIFA. But the newest game from Konami eFootball 2022 has lost all of its glory of the past. The biggest problem of the title is not the small scope with only two gamemodes, nine licensed clubs and six stadiums, it’s the horrendous gameplay. The switch to the Unreal Engine does absolutely not work for the new football simulation from Konami. There is a lot of work to do in the next weeks, to make this game enjoyable and playable.

The best thing I can say about Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance is, that the game feels like one of these titles, you rented from the Videostore in the early 2000s to play through on a weekend. Which probably tells you, that you shouldn't pay full price for it. Should the developers at Tuque succeed in patching the bugs and putting more meat on this dragon's bones, then Dark Alliance could over time become a fun Multiplayer-title. Until then, there are a lot of better alternatives for a co-op-adventure.

Well, that’s a disappointment: After The Escapists 1+2, we were looking forward to the next game set in the same universe. The Survivalists, however, can’t hold a candle to its predecessors. The gameplay is broken in more ways than we can count, there are plenty of design flaws which makes you wonder how anybody couldn’t have seen how irritating they are and nevertheless, the game is way too short and way too easy. Such a pity.

Fast & Furious Crossroads is quite similar to the associated movies. Both have the same voice actors, a couple of nice action sequences and a shitload of issues: Poorly written dialogue, a story full of plotholes and unlikeable characters combined with imprecise car controls make the game an unappealing mess.

The idea to enhance the fighting system with meditative elements sounds interesting but doesn’t work out in any way. The meditations move to the background, while the fighting system, which is not that bad, takes the front row. Long loading times, bad controls and constantly the same animations cloud the overall picture further.

To make it short: Wavey stinks. The gameplay isn’t fun and the rest is mediocre at best. Seeing that this ist he first game made by a young studio, I wish them all the best for their future. But their next project has to be a lot better to gain my attention.

The idea to feel like a child wo wants to drive a tractor is charming, the execution in this game isn’t. There’s far too little content, even for a game still in early access. There are so many things just not working right in Lumberjack Simulator, like the chainsaw, the prices in the ingame shop, which are way too high, and the pointless driving.

The disastrous technical condition, poor graphics, butchered animations and bad camera are just a number of reasons why this game should not have been published that unfinished. Bugs and glitches destroy every second match and extreme loading times make waiting between matches a chore.

This game shouldn’t have been released in this state. The story is outlandish, there’s no action, the stealth-parts are boring and the ominous nightmare porcelain men are just plainly not frightening. The premise was good, the execution simply ragged.
