What felt fresh and enjoyable four years ago doesn't cut the mustard in 2011, particularly when some elements have been stripped out or reworked to poor effect. London Party mode is a poor alternative to the dozens of superior Wii party games, and while its cast of gaming greats is enough to forgive some of its mistakes it's still pretty far off the mark.- Nintendo Life

The action-packed 2D Power Ranger gameplay found here is surprisingly fun and does a great job of bringing the series style into a portable gameplay format.- Nintendo Life

Zen Pinball 3D is an excellent representation of pinball, with the attractive stereoscopic visuals adding an extra sense of immersion.- Nintendo Life

While its ambition should surely be commended and the time trials and multiplayer admittedly soften the blow somewhat, F1 2011 is, unfortunately, not the game to remedy matters. Unless you're a fan of frustrating ugly racers with brutally unrealistic and aggressive opponent AI, we advise that you steer well clear of it. Maybe next year, Codemasters will release the game that F1 fans deserve.- Nintendo Life

Double Bloob is one of those games that features some interesting ideas that just never truly come together. Repetitive levels and an uninspired soundtrack end up bringing what few bright spots the game features crumbling to the ground. And while we could sit here and pick apart the countless flaws the game exudes, at the end of the day the game is just not any fun to play.- Nintendo Life

Play & Learn Chinese makes for a decent casual translation tool, with a 700-word and phrase database and an easy way to study them, though there's no helping you if you're here for higher-level learning.- Nintendo Life

Battle of the Elements isn't for everyone, but if you're up for a challenge, you won't be disappointed. Well, except maybe by the talking donkeys.- Nintendo Life

The overall package is a little light content-wise, and the different modes do feel a lot alike, but the act of actually catching a fish is still both easy and engaging - a rare combination.- Nintendo Life

Rayman Origins perfectly embodies what made many of us fall in love with gaming in the first place. It's a nigh-on flawlessly executed romp through intricately designed levels that boast the most gorgeously detailed and vibrant visuals you'll see this generation. Tight controls, a perfectly judged difficulty curve, fantastically surreal boss fights and tons of replayability go that extra mile.- Nintendo Life

No one does kart racing quite like Nintendo and this seventh release in the beloved series really shines with its masterful track selection and impressive online package.- Nintendo Life

Come On! Heroes is a fun enough game, but it suffers from a lack of variety and some truly appalling musical tracks. Otherwise, though, it's quite fun, and a welcome enough return to the fast-paced simplicity of the first Castle Conqueror game.- Nintendo Life

The quality of its story and presentation might be questionable, but at the very least it offers players who like to rack their brains and test their puzzle-solving prowess plenty of tricky teasers to sink their teeth into.- Nintendo Life

While EA released its predecessor only half-baked, it's come through with The Sims 3 Pets and created a quality life simulator that's still mystifyingly amusing and addictive, now with the added cuteness of playing as dogs and cats, though it might not grab you like it did ten years ago.- Nintendo Life

Pinocchio's Puzzle captures what piecing puzzles together is all about: lighthearted engagement with friends and family. The game could have used some better storytelling and more music, but at only 500 Nintendo Points, it feels fairly priced. While it certainly won't keep you stumped for days, it could prove an easy family purchase to keep the gang occupied for a night or two.- Nintendo Life

Hidden exits, fun minigames and fantastic stage design all come together to make this an endlessly replayable experience, but the 3D Classics upgrade doesn't really bring much to the table in addition. In fact, aside from portability, there's really nothing to recommend it over the Virtual Console release, and that's a shame.- Nintendo Life

Treyarch's technical prowess gained from bringing Call of Duty games on the platform shines through and through for the best-looking one on Wii yet. It's not exactly on par with the HD versions concerning fidelity or features, but considering the difference in horsepower MW3 on Wii is undeniably impressive. MW3 may not make you rethink the Call of Duty series, but it'll certainly satisfy its army of fans.- Nintendo Life

Bloons TD presents a simple, smooth, charming take on tower defence. 15 levels and three difficulty settings mean that it's accessible and substantial enough to make your purchase worthwhile. On the other hand, it does next to nothing that we haven't seen in just about every entry in the subgenre ever, nor is it the prettiest of them.- Nintendo Life

A game of stunning creativity: the work of master craftsmen and women, it's a breathtaking technical achievement in many ways, with subtly beautiful visuals and audio blending with rampantly imaginative design. It's as good a Zelda game as we've ever played, and one that fully delivers on the revolution Nintendo promised back in 2005.- Nintendo Life

The overall package is quite unpolished, the game gives you little incentive to play along correctly and a $20 add-on for the Balance Board is needed to get the most out of this already overpriced software.- Nintendo Life

If you take it for what it is, this isn't a bad game, and the fun of dashing through the earlier levels mostly outweighs the bad. Griptonite has certainly captured the spirit of Shinobi games in this release, but falls short of creating an all-time classic to revitalise the canon.- Nintendo Life

There's very little that Castle Conqueror - Heroes doesn't get right. It's challenging, addictive and continuously surprising. While its adoption of a turn-based structure is bound to leave some fans of the previous games scratching their heads, we think the gamble paid off in spades, and the end result is a strong title that's bursting with challenging missions. Castle Conqueror - Heroes is the best entry yet in a very enjoyable series, and we recommend it easily.- Nintendo Life

While there may still be one episode of House, M.D. left, it's safe to say that it's not going to get much better at this stage. If you've enjoyed the previous episodes thus far, then the completely unchanged nature of this one won't let you down. Everyone else should stay clear from this game and spend your 800 Points on something that will actually entertain you for more than two hours.- Nintendo Life

It's priced right at the tip of its value, and while we would have preferred 800 Points or less, you might want to download Gnomz if you're looking for something accessible and fun that you can play with your whole family - not because you're looking for something original.- Nintendo Life

A near-perfect conceptual marriage of toys and video games. While wallets may shudder at the thought of throwing down potentially lots and lots of money for the complete experience, what you get out of the box is a well-crafted adventure and world that kids of all ages can be excited about.- Nintendo Life
