The Longest Five Minutes may falter in the lack of difficulty that it poses the player with, but the game will upend your expectation in how absorbed you will become in the story that it unravels.

It may not be as daring as it needs to be in design, but Mercenaries Saga Chronicles will help to scratch that strategy itch until something else comes along.

I can’t understate how important it is that this game exists and the awareness that it will raise.

Mulaka’s strength as a game comes from the painstaking effort that has been made to sufficiently portray the culture of the Tarahumara people, and, as such, there is much joy to be found in exploring the sun-baked region and learning from those that inhabit it.

I couldn’t help but feel that Urban Trial Playground is a blatant quick cash grab to release on Nintendo Switch when there isn’t any competition in the genre.

Toki Tori 2 is a perfect little game for playing over time not only because of the format, but because it’s practically impossible to forget how it plays and how Toki Tori moves.

A fairly ordinary take on the genre and one that plays totally fine but lacks the ingenuity and satisfaction you want.

Outlast 2 is a fantastic technical achievement on the Nintendo Switch with a good story and a setting that is impressively and increasingly atmospheric.

Tetris is a classic game that has never been topped, and Tetris DS continues that proud tradition.

The sad truth is, Pokémon Trozei isn’t a bad game persay... it’s just BORING.

Poor play control, non-threatening AI, and a story that is inconsistent with previous Sonic games and ultimately befuddling (which is quickly becoming the new standard for Sonic.)

It's like being equipped with a six-shooter and only being allowed to pistol whip the bad guys.

It has a compelling and well written story line. Playing through it is truly a joy.

King Kong really gives you what it promises. Unfortunately, it doesn't give you much more. The game can be beat in about 10 hours, and there isn't much reason to play more after that.

Snood 2 is what it is… a generic version of Bust-A-Move, sans any of the creativity or charm of the real deal.

Sonic Rush is still a little too out there for me to appreciate as fully as the classic games on the Sega Genesis, but it is a big, big step in the right direction, with improved gameplay mechanics and greatly improved level design.

After you beat all 1,001 puzzles, you can wipe the memory and go again. They tend to reuse words and clues. After a few puzzles, you'll know what word they want.

A solid title, with an exceptional co-op mode, lots of unlockables, and let's face it, a better ending than the actual trilogy it's based on.

if you're looking for a relaxed game with a good story and interesting puzzles, and you're a big fan of games like "Myst," Trace Memory will more than satisfy your craving for adventure.

A moderate improvement over the original Day of Reckoning.

The game features some great unlockables.

Removing the forced random space battles, and maybe bookending them between the exploration levels would have helped this title immensely.

Meteos is without a doubt, THE puzzle game to own for the Nintendo DS. It's unique, can only be done this way using the touch screen, is a fantastic presentation for the graphics and audio, and a full, exciting game can be played with just a few minutes to spare.

Unlike most Nintendo-published titles, the game really feels like it lacked direction, and as a result the game is more annoying than fun. If you're a diehard for Yoshi platformers, you'll enjoy the game on some.

If you need something to satisfy your thirst for the next Pokemon adventure, Emerald is perfect.

It is simply too bad that the gesture recognition is so far below acceptable standards, otherwise this game could have nearly reached the mid-8's, score-wise.

It's a decent enough puzzler, a sort of Dig Dug/Puyo Pop hybrid. Some players may get frustrated by being crushed by blocks falling from off screen, as well as the length of the later stages.

If you've played Rayman 2 before, there's really no good reason to pick this title up. If you haven't played it before, then I strongly suggest you find a copy for the N64, Sega Dreamcast, or PS2.
