Persona 4 Golden is one of the most important Japanese RPGs in history and its port to Nintendo Switch is fantastic. Being able to experience its acclaimed story anywhere we want to and in more languages than ever before is a must for any fan of the genre who hasn't still played the original game. Undoubtedly, it is still a golden classic.- Nintenderos

Persona 3 Portable remains the classic that reinvented the Persona franchise and with this remaster it looks better than ever. Its gameplay may not have aged very well, but its story and combat system are still outstanding. Plus, its translation into more languages such as Spanish makes it more accessible than ever to new players.- Nintenderos

Fire Emblem Engage is a great celebration of the franchise's legacy. With a story and art style very reminiscent of contemporary anime, the game features classic gameplay with just enough new features to keep us hooked. If you're a fan of the series or like tactical RPGs, it's a must-have.- Nintenderos

We found in Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion a title that surpasses what we can consider a remaster, offering a deluxe visual revamp with engaging chapter-based gameplay that is ideal for the Nintendo Switch. Its structure may be a little repetitive at times, but it's still a very enjoyable ride for the fans.- Nintenderos

Sophstar is a fairly challenging game whose main campaign may fall a little short, but within what the genre has to offer it is still worthwhile. If you like classic arcade shoot'em up games, you should give it a try.- Nintenderos

Dragon Quest Treasures is one of the best spin-offs of the franchise, shining with its own light beyond being a perfect complement for those who enjoyed the story of Dragon Quest XI. Its open world, its variety of monsters and its charismatic cast of characters are only let down by some repetitiveness on its gameplay and too simple combat mechanics.- Nintenderos

Undoubtedly, the most remarkable aspect from the beginning is the artistic section of Bear and Breakfast, really beautiful and very consistent with this game. Highly recommend on Nintendo Switch.- Nintenderos

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection is a great compilation, being its multiple configuration possibilities, its extras and its online mode its most outstanding aspects. However, it can be improved, since not all titles are at the same level and online is limited to a few games.- Nintenderos

If you want a title that offers you full freedom to develop your own adventure, No Man's Sky allows you this fact wherever you want. However, it has some technical problems that may make you not enjoy it to the fullest. However, that's the price to pay for playing a game like this anywhere you like.- Nintenderos

A Plague Tale: Requiem turns out to be a great game and practically everything in it manages to grab us. While it's true that its gameplay can be a bit clunky at first, if you decide to keep playing its deep and sentimental story, you won't regret However, it's a shame that it had to come to Nintendo Switch as a cloud version which limits the game in comparison to other platforms.- Nintenderos

We have been very satisfied with the experience we have had with Witch on the Holy Night, and we definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good supernatural story with a dose of mystery. Yes, in the end it's a game for a very specific niche of players, but it's a very good one: a must-play for anyone who wants to get into the wonderful world of visual novels.- Nintenderos

Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival is the best game in the franchise to date. It introduces new game modes and ideas that allow it to stay fresh. Thus, its new game-as-a-service approach also makes it an installment destined to give many more hours of fun to the most seasoned Taiko fans.- Nintenderos

Despite some technical problems, the new formula created by Pokémon Scarlet and Violet for the franchise has delighted us. A wide variety of interesting Pokémon, a more mature story than usual and a very fun gameplay cycle result in the most complete installments of the saga and an outstanding experience for players both veteran and new.- Nintenderos

NBA 2K23 is once again the best basketball game available on Nintendo Switch. However, such a milestone has no merit when, in addition to not innovating, there is no real competition in the market. Therefore, it is a perfect title only for lovers of that sport.- Nintenderos

Sonic Frontiers is a brave game that sets a new standard for the franchise. Although it has certain flaws, such as a world that feels somewhat repetitive at times, it is tremendously fun. Without a doubt, the best Sonic game in years and a right step into the future.- Nintenderos

If what you are looking for is a short (it lasts around two hours) and terrifying experience, that makes you think and leaves you with an upset stomach thanks to a quite unexpected ending, The Witch's House MV is a very good option. A classic that, without being an outstanding game, holds up quite well.- Nintenderos

Insomnis is a good first game for Path Games. While it's a short experience, it manages to convey a good atmosphere and has some interesting puzzles. So, although it also has its weaknesses, such as the lack of autosave, we couldn't help but be left wanting more.- Nintenderos

Whether you are a veteran or new to the series, Return to Monkey Island is one of the best adventure games you can find on Nintendo Switch. This last journey of the legendary pirate Guybrush Threepwood has marked us with a story full of nostalgia and very funny moments. Of course, some of its puzzles are not too inspired, and not all of its jokes are funny, but certainly, it is an outstanding game. Everything that fans have been waiting for years is fulfilled here.- Nintenderos

Bayonetta 3 closes the trilogy of our favorite Umbra Witch with its best installment to date. The gameplay, including giant monsters and Viola, is simply phenomenal. All that combined with an engaging story, an outstanding soundtrack and the charm of the same old Cereza we all love makes for the best hack and slash on Nintendo Switch.- Nintenderos

Persona 5 Royal remains the classic we all love, and its Nintendo Switch version is outstanding. If you want to enjoy anywhere a long-lasting JRPG with high production values that has defined an entire generation, the best option is on Nintendo's console. A game with such a wonderful story, a spectacular soundtrack and stunning visuals is an almost impossible thing to create. But Persona 5 Royal is proof that anything is possible. The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero is not only considered as a RPG cornerstone, but also the perfect starting point to deep dive into the Kiseki series. If you're looking for a franchise with a captivating world, incredible characters, and large-scale conflict, it's not to be missed. It may be a somewhat archaic game at times, but it's a safe bet for any fan of classic Japanese RPGs.- Nintenderos

This game has several shortcomings that make it only recommendable to die-hard fans of the Gundam franchise, due to being riddled with references to the series. If you are new to the franchise, we think it is not the best introductory game to enjoy one of the most popular mecha series of Japan.- Nintenderos

If you have already enjoyed NieR: Automata before, the truth is that there are not too many reasons to return except for the new control scheme or the possibility of reliving the story. However, if you are a Nintendo Switch user who had not been able to play the game before, you totally should do it. It's a must for any player who likes Japanese games.- Nintenderos
