Whale Trail is one of the best "endless run" on the App Store, thanks to the fantastic mix between atmosphere and gameplay. A great level design and the particular soundtrack complete an already splendid picture.

Telltale Games brought back to life Universal's dinosaurs, but something must have gone tremendously wrong during the process.

With its stylish graphics and a couple of interesting ideas, Pixel Ranger looks great at the beginning. Shame that it's spoiled by awful controls and punishing checkpoints.

N-Space did the best possible job porting Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 to Nintendo DS. The game is fun, it's got a good number of missions and the online multiplayer works good. You can also use classic controls instead of the awkward stylus ones.

Go Vacation is no doubt one of the best family games for Wii, thanks to its open world gameplay and the fifty minigames included. You can reach the place of your next activity by riding an ATV or a waterbike, and play with up to three friends via split-screen, and that's cool. What's not-so-cool is the overall quality of the minigames themselves, since some of them are boring.

Minecraft is a masterpiece, a seminal title which will be played and studied for years.

Saints Row The Third is a vulgar display of power, but is also full of not so funny gross sexual jokes and a lot of repetitive and boring missions. The rpgistic progression definitively works and actually it might be entertaining if you don't mind the cheesy storyline and the pretty broken shooting mechanics.

Sword of the Stars II is a complete mess but inside the mess there is one hell of a space 4x odissey. Hopefully the guys at Kherberos will complete the game with patches and upgrades and, maybe, with a couple of scenarios.

Chocohero is fun to play and it's got very cute graphics. It also offers new missions to complete each time you beat the game, so the gameplay feels different from the several other "survival games" available on the App Store.

The DCS Ka-50 Black Shark 2 reaffirms the ability of Eagle Dynamics to create deep and complex simulations. Better graphics, scalable difficulty levels and the anticipated compatibility with the form A-10, makes it a great buy for new and old fans.

Eufloria is a really weird RTS which will appeal especially newcomers to the genre. It's easy to play but becomes very challenging later on and its hypnotical visuals are refreshing and fun. However, the lack of depth and erratic difficulty can be frustrating as much as the terrible control system.

RACE Injection delivers a great driving experience, with a good number of cars and tracks to compete on. The package includes the contents of RACE 07 and five expansions, with average graphics but an awesome gameplay.

Gangstar Rio: City of Saints is not just a GTA clone but it represents a work of optimization by Gameloft, with a better control system and a lot of enjoyable missions. Rio de Janeiro is also an original setting and the sandbox-game fans should give it a try.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 comes unchanged from last year. The classic PES gameplay still works great and you'll have a lot of fun, especially with the most intense game modes, however.

To The Moon is a game as special as different, not for everyone. It is more than story-driven and will make you laugh and cry, sometimes at the same time. Let it drive you into a great story for some hours of your life and you will be surely rewarded.

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is the best choice if you've not bought the original game, but there are no real reasons to justify a retail distribution instead of a DLCs package.

A fun game, with a great sense of speed and some amazing moments. In the end, though, the campy story, the heavily scripted action, and the lack of race types and customization, keep it from being a Need For Speed to remember. A missed opportunity.

With its charming atmosphere and its great storytelling, there is no doubt that Gemini Rue is one of the most elegant point-and-click adventures of the year, probably the flagship in the Wadjeteye Games' portfolio and one of the best games made with Adventure Game Studio.

Goldeneye 007 Reloaded is an interesting hybrid between FPS and stealth that doesn't rely only on nostalgia to be enjoyed. On HD console, it struggles to shows off against the big names in the action genre but its particular blend of genres manages to be considered an interesting alternative.
