A brilliant and beautiful metroidvania, whose sole problem resides in the scarce number of save points and fast travel zones. We do understand that it's a design choice, volutarily made to increase the tension while exploring and to emphasize discovery, but it makes the usual backtracking of the genre a little overwhelming.

Mass Effect: Andromeda is an enormous game that will keep the player engaged for tons of hours of gameplay. The combat system is probably the best thing about the entire project: it's fast and rewarding. Sadly it has a bunch of flaws starting from the animation department to the big landscapes full of secondary, boring quests. And above all it lacks the epic tone of the previous installments.

Absolutely not the brighter, colour-filled platform you can find out there, but Mushroom 11 starts from a strong idea and develops it very well.

Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey is a good JRPG with solid gameplay mechanics and a very large world map that offers a lot of more content than the previous games did.

Danganronpa 1.2 Reload includes Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair, two of the best visual novels out there with great stories, strong crime-solving mechanics and deep characters. PS Vita version is still preferable.

I Am Setsuna is still the same ultra-classic JRPG released on PC and PS4. On Switch it results enriched by the portable function but its flaws like its strengths, are still the same.

Mario Sports Superstars oozes quality when it comes to pure gameplay, but the same can't be said about singleplayer content, and not all the sports are polished at the same level. It's obviously a multiplayer game at heart, consider that if you decide to give it a try.

With an awesome lore and plenty of beautiful characters and enemies, Malicious Fallen delivers a hardcore boss rush experience with three different campaigns, but still suffers from a very bad camera.

Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 runs fine but the lack of a true player base online makes it hard to enjoy a game which is so bare bone single player wise.

Breath of the Wild on Wii U runs at 720p, and has the same, small framerate issues of the Switch version. The loading times are surprinsingly good, considering the size of the game. Anyway, the only important thing to say is that Breath of the Wild on Wii U is as excellent as his Switch brother.

Old Psychonauts fans will surely enjoy Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin, which is a good virtual reality experience. But it is also really short and could have been a deeper from a narrative point of view.

If you're looking for perfection NieR: Automata isn't for you. Breath of the Wild is excellent in terms of controls, game design and interaction, and these three elements together create something really unique. This is an open world where you have to know and understand the morphology of the territory: following the radar isn't enough. This isn't just a masterpiece, it's also a videogame that exalts an underestimated virtue: grace.
