For an updated version of a game that came out in 2009, Big Air Edition just doesn't do enough to justify a purchase for those who bought the original Stoked. However, to those who are thinking about buying this game, I would wait as even at the average price of £25 it still feels overpriced for what you get. This title to me is a rent only or a below £15 purchase at most.

If you've been looking for the next game to buy for the kids, then Rio is most certainly the game to buy, that is provided there's a couple of gamers to join in the escapades. Better still, get yourself involved as well, as Rio proves to be a simplistic entertaining romp for all gamers despite its cute and cuddly looks.

To summarise, Polar Panic has a certain sparkle about it as a kid’s puzzle game. It’s rather self explanatory, uncomplicated and simplistic, but in a way, that’s quite a breath of fresh air from the land of modern games where everything has to be sophisticated in some way or manner.

As a whole Two Worlds II is a definite step up from Two Worlds in almost every regard, and it especially shines through with its in-depth and thought out quest lines. Two Worlds II isn't however a match to the bigger western RPGs out there, e.g. The Elder Scrolls series. This is let down by the overly convoluting interface and control system that makes the gameplay feel like a generation behind.

Overall, the gameplay is repetitive but ultimately fun in very small doses, and with plenty of content included, means you do get your monies worth. If you're a fan, then this is an essential purchase despite desirable features which appeared in other games being absent; such as create a character, tactical 'Risk' like options upgradable body guards and such like. Yars' Revenge is a fairly competent shooter and gives new life to a gaming classic. It has a decent story, and looks great on a huge display, but the voice acting and sound really detract from the overall appeal of the product, which in turn sucks the life out of all the action on screen. With a short story, and no real multiplayer, Yars' Revenge is a hard-pressed sell to any but the most die-hard of shooter fans.

Sadly the implementation and impact on the player the game has will most likely be overshadowed by the numerous flaws. The lack of replay-ablity of the single player, the omission of playing as Lynch for lone players, the poor graphics, terrible enemy AI, and the mundane Havana levels, really kill the single player experience for me.
