If you want to discover everything that this game has to offer, prepare to sit through some particularly ‘draggy’ sections that’ll have your finger hovering over the skip-all button. This may set you back 50-60 hours depending on how fast you can read. Generally, I’m a fan of visual novels, but this one defeated me. A mix, I believe, of slow pace, bad writing and unnecessary sexual and misogynistic language that just made me groan. For some people, I’m sure that’ll be right up their alley, but personally, Tengoku Struggle really struggled to elicit any joy from me at all.- Movies Games and Tech

Let's Revolution! is a Minesweeper-inspired rogue-lite that is simple to understand. However, the action is moreish and I loved the varied heroes. Moreover, the casual and short playtime keeps you focused on each tactical layer. Sadly, it can be repetitive and gamers may become frustrated with the trial and error.- Movies Games and Tech

I truly think A Tale of Paper: Refolded is worth checking out on its presentation alone. The game oozes style, mystery and emotion through its beautiful visuals and enthralling sound design and score. The story itself tells a tale of purpose and determination and Line is an appealing character. It’s just a shame at times the gameplay can be frustrating and platforming can be tedious and generic. This edition doesn’t many more additions for previous owners of the game, bar a few tacked on extra levels. However, for newcomers, this game is certainly worth grabbing. A great example of creating an engaging and emotional story through high quality presentation. One word just keeps coming back to me for this game and that is simply- endearing.- Movies Games and Tech

It’s hard to like something that combined many elements of things you don’t like, but when that happens and you fail those multiple elements, it just makes the experience so much worse. I give the game a 4.5/10. It’s got some greatness in atmosphere and its performance is rock solid. This seems like a game that would be nice, but there is tons of ironing out to do before moving on to the next project.- Movies Games and Tech

My conclusion for Sherwood Extreme is that it is a grand concept but much less a game. The combat is fluid, the enemies, albeit easy, are very fun to fight and the map design for the very little there was, was very fun to navigate. In Short, this labour of love is in need of more time in the oven of Love!- Movies Games and Tech

Kudzu is a non-linear adventure game for the Game Boy, inspired by old-school Zelda and "Metroidvania" titles. Play as apprentice gardener Max and find Master Zoen, who has mysteriously gone missing in the Kudzu Fields.- Movies Games and Tech

Tales from Candleforth is a dark and testing puzzle experience. However, its story is too short, and the controls are unfortunately sluggish. Thankfully, though, the aesthetics are interesting and I loved each small arena. Accordingly, though this game divides my opinion, I recommend buying it.- Movies Games and Tech

Around the World: Travel to Brazil Collector’s Edition is a solid hidden object game with good visuals and a charming atmosphere. The variety of locations, mini-games, and the bonus content in the Collector’s Edition make it a good value for fans of the genre. While the repetitive gameplay and lack of a deeper story limits its appeal to hardcore puzzle enthusiasts, it offers a relaxing and informative virtual escape to Brazil for super casual players.- Movies Games and Tech

Sclash is a simple side-scrolling experience. However, though it is straightforward, the familiar tale is fantastic. Moreover, the stunning visuals and classic oriental soundscape work perfectly with the theme. My complaints are that it is too short and it lacks difficulty. Yet, if you can overlook these issues, you'll love this striking, albeit familiar game.- Movies Games and Tech

Ingression is difficult, but it is satisfying to play. The levels I have played are unlike anything I have experienced in a platformer. Its flawless combination of platforming and portal gameplay is an excellent homage to the games that came before them while creating something unique and fun to play. While sometimes you can get disoriented by the portals, and the story is serviceable, the gameplay is excellent and a must-play for platformer fans everywhere.- Movies Games and Tech

Front Mission 2: Remake is an old-school turn-based experience that is a little rough around the edges. However, I loved the weaponry and the new core mechanics. It is a shame, though, that the target system undermines the tactical nuance of the gameplay.- Movies Games and Tech

If you’re wondering I don’t recommend this game unless you’re already a fan of the series. And if you can get past most of its issues, your fine. If you’re anything like me, this will mostly come out to be a messy ride. I give this game a 5/10 a pretty fun game if you ignore the story, some characters, and the boring world.- Movies Games and Tech

I have waited for years in hope of TopSpin returning in all its glory and boy, has it delivered! A deep and robust career mode and an addictive online serving of tennis really make this game special. Coupled with gorgeous visuals and stunning sound design, this is the quintessential tennis video game. Some wonky currency issues and at times grindy levelling can hinder the experience slightly, but overall this game has reinvigorated my love for tennis in the real world and in the gaming arena. I’ll see you on the court!- Movies Games and Tech

If you can look past the clunkiness in the presentation, you'll find some deep and interesting mechanics in Men of War II. The gruelling grind of its combat makes it great for generating stories, though there is a distinct lack of polish.- Movies Games and Tech

Metro Simulator 2 is a relaxing and challenging railway simulation title. This single-player experience lets you drive 2 different trains across the Russian Metro network. However, complex controls and problematic gameplay hold it back. Furthermore, it isn't as accessible as other train simulation titles.- Movies Games and Tech

Biomorph may not be the soulslike it was perceived to be, but it set itself apart by impressing me with its transformational mechanics, strong customizable kit and riveting sci-fi story. Like the name suggests, you can morph into your enemies gaining a new and unique moveset. It is exponentially satisfying to utilize these monster’s abilities to traverse to new areas and find secrets. The serious tone of the story has tones of lightheartedness and lore that was given the care it deserved. Biomorph is an enjoyable metroidvania with many unique qualities that I wholeheartedly recommend.- Movies Games and Tech

The foundations have all been laid, the walls erected, now Legion IX just needs a roof and a coat of paint. Despite this, I would recommend this title to anyone unfamiliar with the Tactical RPG scene. It’s simple to learn and rewarding to master, with various difficulties that cater to every audience possible. If anything, I recommend switching the starting difficulty to hard, rather than normal, as this mode won’t challenge you (apart from some weird difficulty spikes near the end). So if you’re interested in history and fantasy, or even just want something that’ll make you think, King Arthur Legion IX is a great place to start.- Movies Games and Tech

ROBOBEAT is a rhythm-based FPS that tests your patience and ability to feel the beat. Moreover, its sci-fi edge is unnerving as neon-infused arenas are filled with projectiles and grim enemies. Consequently, you must utilise the clever stage design and shoot to the beat if you wish to succeed. My only complaint is the familiar gameplay mechanics.- Movies Games and Tech

Despite these minor shortcomings, “The Bridge Curse 2: The Extrication” remains a standout entry in the horror genre, earning its place among the pantheon of spine-tingling classics. With its spine-chilling atmosphere, engaging narrative, and solid gameplay mechanics, this haunting journey through the halls of a haunted school is sure to leave a lasting impression on even the most seasoned horror aficionados. Brace yourself for a nightmarish descent into darkness, and remember—once the clock strikes midnight, there’s no escaping the shadows that lurk within.- Movies Games and Tech

With these features, paired along with its cluttered aesthetic, I think Lots of Things Collector’s Edition appears to look more like a mobile game. Frankly, it may be more suitable in that format. There are many hidden objects games out there with varying quality. Lots of Things Collector’s Edition is . . . alright amongst them. If you are bored and looking for mild stimulation, then this title is a great option.- Movies Games and Tech

Touhou Mystia's Izakaya is, rather obviously, aimed squarely at fans of the Touhou Project. Existing fans will no doubt enjoy the many character interactions and the rather pleasant management gameplay. It is a little too simplistic for my tastes, and the plot a touch vague, but it's a charming management sim regardless.- Movies Games and Tech
