It’s not perfect but The Walking Dead is one of the most important advances in interactive fiction for a generation, with some of the most memorable characters of any video game.- Metro GameCentral

PopCap Games' best game and probably the best ever Tower Defence – and it works just as well as you'd hope on the Xbox 360.- Metro GameCentral

There's no gain without pain in this unusual and atmospheric, but incredibly punishing, action RPG.- Metro GameCentral

It’s almost entirely backwards-looking, and the characterisation is disappointingly dry, but for fans of Baldur’s Gate and its era this will have you partying like it’s 1998.- Metro GameCentral

The Wario Land formula is reinvented and improved upon in this magnificently clever and surreal platformer, that is more fun than any of the official Nintendo games.- Metro GameCentral

Its goals and improvements may be more modest than the last game but this is still an enjoyable return trip to Italy - especially in the company of friends.- Metro GameCentral

It is just more of the same, but however minor the improvement this is still co-op gaming at its best.- Metro GameCentral

One of the best first person shooters of the generation, with significant improvements in depth and longevity – and even a half decent story mode.- Metro GameCentral

No matter where you place it in your own personal hierarchy this is still an exceptionally well crafted and supremely entertaining video game. Where the series goes from here no one but Miyazaki knows, but if Dark Souls III does nothing else it confirms him as one of modern gaming’s most talented creators.- Metro GameCentral

A wonderfully engrossing cosy game that combines the best of Minecraft and Fallout 4 to create a Pokémon spin-off that, for the first time in a long while, is constantly surprising you with its ambition and variety.- Metro GameCentral

It’s ruthlessly hard, although you can adapt the difficulty level if it all gets too much, and it suffers from the usual issues with onscreen joystick and buttons, but its beautifully-rendered visuals and refined mechanics make it a joy to play from start to finish.- Metro GameCentral

The overall experience though is hypnotically beautiful, both visually and in terms of its almost transcendent ability to make you think and care about its virtual world. Forget the labels of it being an indie game or download, this is a great work of imagination and well worth the wait.- Metro GameCentral

Featuring a high degree of polish and a scattering of secrets and collectibles in each level, it may not be particularly original, and its cut scenes outstay their welcome, but this relatively short and highly entertaining game certainly does not.- Metro GameCentral

It’s already a miracle the remake works as well as it does but this PS5 remaster is excellent and while the new Intermission DLC isn’t essential it’s still an enjoyable diversion with a fun new character.- Metro GameCentral
