While Bulletstorm isn't going to bring the FPS genre to its knees, it is a game that tries to stand out from the mundane, and to a certain extent it achieves just that.

No More Heroes is a very good game with some very disappointing glitches and let downs. You will enjoy this game for at least one time if you manage to survive the dull mini games.

People might enjoy this game more if they stop overhyping it. ODST is a great game that is NOT meant to be a sequel but at the end of the day will still be judged as one.

Despite its quirky, comical outer shell, it's a game that has a surprising amount of depth to it, a characteristic that makes it both challenging and satisfying. Whether you're a fan of all-out, balls-to-the-wall action games, or more of a strategy connoisseur, Orcs Must Die! definitely deserves your undivided attention.

If it wasn’t for some issues we mentioned in the review, this could have easily been the best basketball game ever. Next year maybe?

While I did find the linear game style to be slightly annoying, it’s a small flaw in what is otherwise a really enjoyable game to play.

Overall, the game is worth the money for all those gamers who enjoy playing with a small group of friends or love looting. Still the game has various noticeable flaws which can have you caught in some pretty weird and awkward situations.

The visual and audio aspects of Lumines: Electronics Symphony are one of the main reasons as to why the game is so compelling to play. Q Entertainment, the studio behind the game, does an astounding job of making sure all three parts (visuals, audio, and gameplay) fit together perfectly and it pushes this combination to new heights with Electronic Symphony.

Even with all the new features and promised tweaks, Madden 09 still feels a bit too familiar and some might even have a hard time separating it from last year’s game.

While it turns out more silly than satirical, the beauty of the game is Panau itself. An island nation that is interesting to explore and despicably fun to demolish.

The multiplayer might please some, but it is clearly not the attraction of the package. It goes out with just the right amount of emotions to satisfy both a gamer and a fan.

After Castlevania's lackluster outings on the PS2, question marks stood over whether this would be the console Castlevania's return to form. Lords of Shadow seems to avoid the challenge altogether. While it is, in itself, a solid action adventure, it borrows too much from other games and too little from the series it is meant to ignite.

In this day and age, after games like Bioshock, Mass Effect and Heavy Rain that successfully blended high quality storytelling and solid gameplay mechanics, Alan Wake doesn’t exactly set new boundaries. By comparison, it comes off across as a derivative and dated affair.

There are very, very few games which truly make me sit back and go “wow”. Among the slew of games that I’ve reviewed this year, there are only a couple that I really enjoyed playing, and continue to do so. Brutal Legend is one such game – even though I aced my Public Speaking and English Literature classes, words only slur together when I try to describe this game. Truth be told, I only heard about the game in the last month or so, but after spending a good amount of time with it, I was transformed from a mere gamer into a rocking, die-hard fan.

So, there you have it…another example of how indie titles can very much hold their own against the big players in the industry in today's gaming world, if not triumph over them.
