No matter how you will want to play it, WAR is really all about RvR and not getting involved in such events makes you miss the real point of it. It can't be the best MMO overall, but it beats the best one in many areas, especially when it comes to going against other players.

The series was really heading off track despite the good sales, but we can safely declare this the best Guitar Hero in sometime.

An impressive all around performance from Madden this year makes it the best Madden recently released if not of all time.

Even with all the new features and promised tweaks, Madden 09 still feels a bit too familiar and some might even have a hard time separating it from last year’s game.

There’s a reason this game is topping all the charts, even if you aren’t an RTS fan, there’s just enough varied gameplay to appeal to you at some level.

Due to great level design the battles, against enemies ranging from the slow and heavy to ones who use ledges to attack from above, never have the scripted feel that you get from many other games.

Graphically the game is simply jaw dropping. Even with all the graphical masterpieces we have seen recently, Soul Calibur IV stands out on its own.

A solid experience for both the horror and adventure genres – but worth taking for a spin no matter what type of gamer you are.

Exactly what beat-em-up purists have been crying out for. It's not revolutionary by any means but a huge victory for the fighting game genre nonetheless.

After Castlevania's lackluster outings on the PS2, question marks stood over whether this would be the console Castlevania's return to form. Lords of Shadow seems to avoid the challenge altogether. While it is, in itself, a solid action adventure, it borrows too much from other games and too little from the series it is meant to ignite.

The game features a very deep gameplay system that you and your friends will truly enjoy. The AI lacks intelligence here though, limiting the single player experience.

While I still feel as though EA made a better, and extremely under rated game, MMA fighting game with EA MMA, I do think that THQ has been able to match them with the newest UFC game, due to a great overhaul of the control system and an all most never ending amount of fun available, because of all the added features like Pride FC, and the Title Defense section.

While Bioware might be called out for playing it a bit safe and sticking to an already familiar MMO formula, the game still has plenty to keep both Star Wars and MMO fans engaged. If you're looking for a fleshed-out MMO that isn't as overcrowded as WoW, then this is the game for you.

A load of fun. The friendly nature of the single player campaign will keep you coming back for more and more on different difficulties. And the multiplayer game does not need any further introduction, it’s what this series overall have been all about.

Street Fighter X Tekken is a great game that despite the lack of a story mode manages to win you over with its no-nonsense gameplay and staggering roster of characters (including special characters on the PS3 version). If you've not played a crossover game yet, then this is the one to pick up without a doubt.
