Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer is without a doubt a really good idea that should be implemented onto future games. As a separate game it’s rather shallow and linear to the point of fatigue.- Level7.nu

As a fusion between platforming and puzzles, this is definitively a pleasant title. Unfortunately the developers haven't given the game the second level of polish you'd expect from a retail game. Controls, graphics and gameplay all do their job but never stand out compared to competing titles.- Level7.nu

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing does in no way tread new ground in the action genre. But it is still atmospheric and sucks you in with it’s combat and loot system. The online mode suffers from many bugs and the adventure does never reach the heights of games like Diablo 3 or Torchlight 2.- Level7.nu

The latest entry in the Crystal Chronicles franchise does away with a lot of the role playing elements of previous entries in favor of a more action oriented style of exploration where interaction with the environments and combat is handled by motion based Wii controls. Adventuring is entertaining enough but far too many issues with the motion based controls hampers an otherwise decent action adventure game.- Level7.nu

It's a shame that Overlord: Dark Legend is riddled with bugs and performance issues. If you look beyond these shortcomings you'll actually find a really enjoyable adventure with lots of evil and playful charm. But the various issues coupled with the short lifespan means this game is best suited for the younger audience at best.- Level7.nu

Grid: Autosport is a pretty basic and straightforward type of racing game that wants to be available for everyone. Unfortunately the game doesn’t reach all the way, mainly because of a poor career mode and uneven AI opponents. There are a lot of better alternatives for those who like the genre.- Level7.nu

Watch Dogs is a game with a high budget that has some really good ideas. Unfortunately it also comes with a lack of focus and many pointless mechanics. Although Ubisoft understand the potential in the concept of hacktivism they aren’t using it in any meaningful way. And instead of a comment to society, Watch Dogs is a pretty shallow action game that we have seen many times before.- Level7.nu

If you mix together gameplay elements from Driver, Grand Theft Auto, Burnout and then throw some Vin Diesel in there the result is The Wheelman. An action filled experience where driving cars actually offers an entertaining experience during the somewhat repetitive missions. There is a total lack of storytelling in the game, and the sequences on foot are quite mediocre, but if you can look past this you'll be treated to a decent action experience.- Level7.nu

Your Shape Fittness Evolved is a decent Kinect Game. The concept is great, you see yourself practicing on-screen doing a variety of fun moves while exercising. The menus and interface are slick and good-looking, and it feels like a great showcase of what Kinect is capable of. But in the end, that's really the only thing it feels like. It lacks many gameplay functions and isn't as engaging as it could be.- Level7.nu

A Story About My Uncle is a game with big intentions. It’s fun to jump around and the mechanics often works pretty well, but the difficulty is unbalanced, which leads to a lot of frustration. Together with a story that never reaches its full potential A Story About My Uncle is a bit disappointing.- Level7.nu

It does a lot of things right such as the presentation, its charming music and sound effects and cozy level design. The downside is that the developers have made the platform elements in the game more challenging which the control method can’t handle. A frustrating but charming game.- Level7.nu

A lack of variation and great deal of repetition affects the over all game experience negatively. Though fans of the Warhammer universe will likely enjoy the design.- Level7.nu

With Web of Shadows developer Treyarch builds on top of the foundation they laid with Spiderman 3. As Spiderman the player is put in charge of saving the city from a state of decay. The substance that spawned Spideys arch nemesis Venom has run amok in the city with total chaos as a direct result. The premise of the game is interesting but a horrible game camera and an overall lackluster framing makes the experience passable at best.- Level7.nu

Even with a few improvements such as additional weapons and more challenging enemies, the Wii U edition of Ninja Gaiden 3 still falls short. Questionable level design, a confusing storyline and strangely balanced difficulty levels are all examples of things that is wrong with this game. With that said, it's better than the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions and can be pretty fun at times.- Level7.nu

The classic board game is converted to a digital format, literally. Even though there are three modes in total, of which one is faithful to the board game original and another offering online play, the concept hasn't been adapted enough to the console format. What we're offered here is an expensive and somewhat cumbersome digital version of the board game original.- Level7.nu

In Alpha Protocol it becomes apparent that Obsidian had lofty goals for what they wanted to achieve, and when playing it also becomes apparent how poorly they managed to execute on the individual parts. Despite being inherently flawed there are still a number of hours of entertainment to be found here. Just don't expect a polished triple A title.- Level7.nu

Might & Magic Heroes VI follows the same concept as its predecessors, yet with more emphasis on the heroes this time around. Imbalanced and slow, but it is still easy to lose track of time while playing just a couple of more turns.- Level7.nu

In this latest expansion to EA:s virtual life simulator your Sims will experience life in an apartment. Having neighbours is practical for your everyday needs and earning your reputation adds an interesting flavor to the formula. You can also merge several computer controlled families with your own, but these additions still feel too meager for what you're paying. EA could definitely have done more with this package, but what is in here you'll find enjoyable.- Level7.nu

In Harm’s Way isn’t bad in any way, but it shows that this team can fail, even though the quality is pretty high even in the worst of moments. The dialogues are well written, but the characters are mostly boring and the story line isn’t as near as good as in A House Divided.- Level7.nu

Killzone: Shadow Fall is a very traditional first-person-shooter that doesn’t achieve anything new. The graphics are impressive and the frame rate is good but it’s hard to get invested in either the action or the story. As a launch title for a new console, it’s passable.- Level7.nu

Lords of the Fallen succeeds in what it sets out to be. The influences from the Souls-series are obvious and frequent but with a few own tweaks. However, the game world is far too claustrophobic and the story fails to entertain.- Level7.nu

Dying Light is a zombie game that doesn't really add anything new to the genre. Sure, the parkour mechanics and the night/day cycle feels a bit fresh, but for the most part it's just Dead Island all over again. And just like that game, Dying Light is filled with stupid mission design and comes with an overall unpolished feeling.- Level7.nu

Daedalic has managed to make an already interesting game a bit better. Sadly, Blackguards 2 still has a long way to go. Mostly because of a monotonous feeling and a poorly written story. However, the battle system is really good.- Level7.nu

Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes improves on the problems of the last game but still has a bit to go. The concept is as genius as ever with the toy box mode as it's biggest source of value and fun. Too bad you have to play the lazy campaign to unlock stuff for it.- Level7.nu

Madagascar offers what you'd expect from it - fun entertainment for the young ones. There's a lot of variation and the controls actually work really well, a not to common feat amongst movie tie in games. There are flaws to be found though, the game is far too short and the gameplay is a bit too simple. This isn't a game that will inspire you to play it through a second time, but the first time around will be pleasing enough.- Level7.nu

A tactical military shooter that gives you a totally different experience than the usual action game in a war environment. It’s thrilling and when you succeed with a plan the reward is great. But there are problems; both friendly and enemy AI struggles and sometimes your team won’t listen to your orders. The game does get better when playing online with friends.- Level7.nu
