Arkham Origins is a game with two sides. One is a well made game with good design in combat and stealth. The other side is a game that never gets out of the shadow of its predecessors. Batman fans should pay attention but that’s it.

A humoristic but a bit clumsy fantasy strategy game.

Demigod had a lot of potential and could have, with some minor tweaks, been a really great game. The is no introductory tutorial and since the game also lacks a single player portion this game will appeal only to the hardcore audience. But for experienced fans of real time strategy games there is a lot to be liked in this game.

Do you sometimes miss the golden days of JRPGs? Perhaps Tales of Hearts R, the remake of the 2008 DS-version only released in Japan, can ease the pain? If nothing else, it is a fun and easygoing experience, where fights are hectic yet controllable, leveling up is super-fun instead of time consuming and the music is brilliantly mind-blowing. Tales of Hearts R is not trying to change the genre but it doesn't disappoint.

Disc golf and bocce are the highlights in this collection of small sports games. A bit short on content but still the best Move game so far.

Underworld is yet another solid title from Crystal Dynamics featuring the adventurous dame Lara Croft. Levels are as grand as they are beautiful and they certainly feed the urge to go o an adventure. The puzzles are well designed, and Miss Croft gets around well thanks to well implemented controls. There are some issues though, the game is a bit on the easy side, something badly balanced by less than stellar camera angles that will put you in a pickle from time to time. Despite this, Underworld is still a fantastic adventure.

Diggs Nightcrawler is a successful mix of video game and cartoon. The augmented reality works splendidly and is both novel and exciting. The adventure is in itself short and somewhat repetitive. The lower price still makes it a great buy for younger wannabe detectives.

With the third entry of the Dead Space series, Visceral Games goes in another direction than before. Horror elements makes space for pure action with the introduction of co-op, open landscapes and cover based shooting. As an action game it's pretty good but it's still the worst game in the trilogy.

This is a title that does a whole lot right but never really manages to stand out from the crowd. The controls feel right, there are plenty of race types and vehicles and the online mode does it's job well enough. If you're a fan of moto cross you'll definitely find plenty to like here.

Manipulate everyday objects, like skateboards, balls or pipes to achieve your goals. It looks great and is quite fun, but don't expect a hit of such magnitude as Rovios more known series.

This an addictive and equally fun puzzler that actually manages to throw in a storyline in between the puzzling. Even though the plot is quite superfluous it does work. If you're in the market for a fun and addictive puzzler for the Nintendo DS you should definitely give this one a try.

Saints Row IV puts the pedal to the metal from minute one and offers an exaggerated, silly and entertaining adventure - if you are in the right mood. The game has received a much-needed technical upgrade that improves the graphics and gameplay, but there are still some rough corners like bland graphics and an uneven framerate. Annoying problems, although they do not prevent Saints Row 4 Re-elected from entertaining greatly.

This prequel to the original Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl adds great graphics, great sense of exploration and lots of content. It's definitely a better game than it's predecessor, trouble is though that it lacks polish. There are tons of bugs to be found here and mission objectives are often unclear and repetitive. It's a great game though and could be improved with future patches.

Hohokum is a pretty odd experience, where traditional game mechanics is hard to find. What’s left is a game free from tutorials and instructions, with a beautiful world where nothing feels forced. Thanks to that both the hardcore player and the beginner can find something here.

Pick up crates, get weapons and use them to kill enemies - Super Crate Box is one of those games that are easy to learn but hard to master. It's a good game, but the controls worked better in the PC and Mac versions.

Dictator sim Tropico 5 offers a good strategy experience that is fairly easy to get into, compared with many of its competitors. The colorful graphics and music sets a nice tropical island tone and occasional laughs can be had due to the funny dialogue. However, compared with the best in the genre, Tropico 5 feels a bit monotonous at times, in particular towards the end of a round.

The second episode of Revelations 2 offers a bit more action than the first one, and is not quite as good. Barry Burton is a pretty boring character and the setting isn’t that interesting. Still, it is a title that every Resident Evil fan should take a closer look at.

Though it's easy to dismiss a new Sonic game at this point we were surprised to see that Sonic's first noteworthy title in a long time is a kart racing game. Even though there are some issues with vehicles getting stuck in the environments and the online experience being somewhat limited when it comes to content this is still a highly entertaining kart racer easily on par with main competing franchise Mario Kart.

Etrian Odyssey is a traditional turn based dungeon crawler. Throughout the game you make your way through a myriad of paths in the Yggdrasil-labyrinth. This is clearly a game for fans of old turn based role playing games as it’s time consuming and requires a lot of active involvement from the player. If you’re not a hardcore fan of classic role playing games you might want to try this before purchasing it.

Bad storytelling, an unfocused plot and horrible voice acting puts Inazuma Eleven GO in a bad light. And the inclusion of Fighting spirits makes the game on the pitch seem a bit unbalanced. But there’s a real incentive for recruiting and leveling new players and discovering moves and abilities. An interesting mix of football and RPG that could have been much better if executed with a bit more flair.

Life is Strange oozes potential. The female portraits are unexpectedly fresh, the basic concept originally formulated by Telltale still excites and the rewind mechanic is interesting. At the same time, it is also the game's biggest weakness, because it diminishes the impact of the choices made. Nevertheless it will still be exciting to follow the rest of the season.

In this latest expansion to EA:s virtual life simulator your Sims will experience life in an apartment. Having neighbours is practical for your everyday needs and earning your reputation adds an interesting flavor to the formula. You can also merge several computer controlled families with your own, but these additions still feel too meager for what you're paying. EA could definitely have done more with this package, but what is in here you'll find enjoyable.

With platforming games being somewhat of a rarity these days The Maw is a welcome addition to the Xbox Live library. The game is both charming and fun, especially the main character Maw. If you look beneath the charming surface you'll find quite an ordinary platforming adventure though. But with a reasonable price tag we can't but recommend this title for those in the mood for a new platforming experience.
