Even though it feels more like a party game than playing in a band it's still one of the best experiences you can have with your friends. The guitar isn't on par with the Guitar Hero-equivalent when it comes to quality, but what it lacks in hardware quality it makes up for in a far superior track list. The microphone works just as well as the Singstar one, although the difficulty is more lenient here. The major feature is of course the drums and it's just a blast to learn how to play your favorite songs on the new instrument. A steep price tag is the one major caveat, but if you can muster up the green you'll be treated to one hell of a party experience.- Level7.nu

Journey is a unique experience that has not aged at all since it was originally released on Playstation 3. On the contrary, the improved graphics makes the experience even more immersive. This is the closest we have come to the expression ”to play a painting”.- Level7.nu

Bloodborne offers countless hours of entertainment, and comes with an even darker tone than the Souls series. It may take some time to get used to, but in the end this is one of the best Playstation 4 games so far and a milestone for the action genre.- Level7.nu

Super Street Fighter IV is an excellent addition to the original game. Capcom’s tradition of improving their bestsellers once again pays off with this massive expansion featuring plenty of new characters, maps and a much more inviting online mode. Street Fighter IV, the greatest fighting game of this generation, just got even better.- Level7.nu

The Witcher 3 is one of the most hyped games this spring, but it's also one of the best. CD Project Red has managed to build a huge world that is both interesting and entertaining to explore. Add to that a well-crafted combat system and good opportunities to customize your character.- Level7.nu

It is filled with so much polished content that it is close to being ridiculous. The enormous amount of cars and tracks together with improved community, painting and tuning features this came can be played for months. With superior physics and a realistic handling together with a large amount of adjustable options to fit each and every person makes Forza 3 a game that contains everything. The only thing missing is that little extra touch that would make it feel more than very good.- Level7.nu

The Swapper is an unique experience. The mindswapping puzzles are challenging, but never to an impossible extent. While rather short, the minimalistic story telling and overall mood of the game will make you return for more.- Level7.nu

Just like its 3DS sibling Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U combines the best elements from its predecessors. The result is a game that works equally well for competitions as it does as a pure party game for the family. Even though the matches are a bit too chaotic and some game modes plain boring, it does not prevent Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U to be the best entry in the series.- Level7.nu

One of the best roleplaying adventures ever made is revived for the Nintendo DS, and it's as fantastic as it ever was. Despite being 14 years old this game still manages to wipe the floor with most games released in it's wake. Design, script, sound, characters, the time traveling mechanic and a number of other features are simply so ingenious that more than a decade of subsequent games has seen few titles to rival this experience.- Level7.nu

Journey is a pure and decorticated experience where everything - music, graphics or interaction with other players - works together to form a perfect symbiosis. There are no highscores or leaderbords in Journey. There's just an uncompromising and personal adventure towards a mountain in the distance.- Level7.nu

The second installment in the hard rocking franchise may seem familiar at first, but the fact is that there are several minor and major additions here that do a lot to improve the overall experience. You can now play the campaign online and there is a new training mode for all of us that are struggling with learning the drums. There are 84 new songs to rock out to and an additional 20 to download for free. This is in fact a buy even for those who bough the first Rock Band, and for those who own neither it's a must have.- Level7.nu

It's very easy to recommend Little Big Planet 2 to any PlayStation 3 owner. Curiously, it is not so much Media Molecule's merit. They have mainly created an excellent tool. It's the users who already have and will keep creating the masterpieces.- Level7.nu

The second expansion to the gargantuan behemoth of a game that is World of Warcraft, titled Wrath of the Lich King, sets you on the quest to defeat the evil Lich King Arthas. The presentation has been improved and the overall design of the new continent Northrend is nothing short of impressive. A lot of the caveats found in World of Warcraft, and the expansion The Burning Crusade, have been removed. The only major issue is that it feels as though World of Warcraft is becoming a tad bit too easy, but nevertheless this is a fantastic expansion and a must for gamers everywhere.- Level7.nu

The first two entries in the Metroid Prime saga proved to naysayers that bringing the Metroid franchise to life in the third dimension was possible, and in doing so developer Retro Studios created the best action adventures to grace the now defunct Gamecube. The third and final installment in the series threw Wii motion controls into the mix. With Metroid Prime Trilogy we're offered the definite version of the series where all three titles now boast Wii controls, 480p resolution and widescreen support. You won't get more bang for your buck on the Wii than this.- Level7.nu

Bayonetta 2 contains, just like its predecessor, too much old fashioned sexism. It's a pity because the intensity and variety in this game is remarkable and all stages compete to be the most absurd. Perhaps the sequel is easier and hopefully that will attract more players. If they're able to ignore the sexism, that is.- Level7.nu

Rock Band 3 is an excellent game and it's a great iniciative by Harmonix to try learning us how to play a real instrument. The familiar Rock Band formula is there, but some new changes to the franchise really spice things up. It's probably the best music game on the market.- Level7.nu

Technically it's a masterpiece with unparalleled graphics. Online it's only beaten by "Call of Duty Modern Warfare." The campaign is a bit short, but there are some really impressive scenes that I just wished were longer. Overall it's one of the best games in recent years and the most impressive-looking game ever.- Level7.nu

With a good amount of variation, great controls and an excellent multiplayer mode, Halo: Reach goes a long way. Though it stutters in its cheesy story, dull characters and ugly textures, the multiplayer mode in combination with a decent story makes it a very pleasant game.- Level7.nu

With Rayman Origins Ubisoft showed the world that they could develop gorgeous platform levels for multiple players. Rayman Legends moves forward and is a platform game that also works as well for the single player. The level design is great, largely varied and the game includes lots of stuff to do. Rayman Legends is the best platformer in a long time and one of this years best games so far.- Level7.nu

Much is the same in A Link Between Worlds. Just like in A Link to the Past you follow Link from a birds-eye perspective in both light and dark worlds. But A Link Between Worlds is not merely a simple game of nostalgia but one that perfectly blends the new and old Zelda games. The result is one of the best games in the series.- Level7.nu

Dark Souls 2 is not the bomb as its predecessor was, but still manages to do its heavy brand justice. With sustained difficulty, atmosphere and overall experience of desperation, hopelessness and triumph at overcome difficulties, we see evidence that there is something in the phrase "do not fix what is not broken".- Level7.nu
