I might not be alone in saying that Madden NFL 07 for Wii is the best version of all the next-generation platform versions.

Considering the lack of key options and the number of glitches, Call of Duty 3 still stands out amongst console first person shooters overall, and the solid multiplayer options even without voice support will give the title life for a long after you complete the single player campaign.

The controls are not perfect, but they do prove that a nearly pixel-perfect “mouse-and-keyboard” configuration can work on the Wii.

With a few impovements in the graphics and gameplay departments Activision could really have a hit on their hands.

Resistance also is amongst the best storytelling this genre has probably ever seen. It's all told through documentary-style narration that takes itself very seriously.

Next-gen looks that plays like a last-gen title.

While fun, expect the bunnies to outlast the gameplay.

While the presentation is a little bare and there is only support for a single player, there's plenty to enjoy to justify the purchase.

The sense of inconsistency throughout the game is troubling but if you look deep inside the game, NBA 07 is enjoyable.

It’s one of the better SpongeBob games to date. But if you’re not a fan, you’ll have a harder time seeing its good qualities.

While this is an improvement from the first Xtreme title, the game feels repetitive and some what boring.

The gameplay is fresh, exciting, and surprisingly nuanced, the graphics are gorgeous both technically and artistically, and the online play is incredibly addictive. Unquestionably the best game on the Xbox 360, a major contender for game of the year, and quite possibly the game that will forever define the Xbox 360.

With its great animation and the new nail a trick mode in tack, fans of the series will have no beef with Project 8.

A cocktail of equal parts exhilaration and terror, F.E.A.R. excels in every facet of game design. The definition of a must-play title.

So close to being a legendary entry to the NFS series but crew racing hampers it down. AI should never win a race for a player.

As unremarkably unremarkable as you might expect. A kid's game, easy Achievements and shallow gameplay. [Issue 15, p.92]

The game has always looked amazing, and now they’ve taken it up a notch by giving more detail to each character, especially Sam, and environments.

Its a solid weekend rental for someone looking to kill some time with a friend, and another example of Pandemic's awesome talent.

The game manages to almost perfectly capture the feeling of Scarface, and manages to improve on almost every aspect of GTA in the process.

Clipping issues are everywhere, and not comical ones like GTA or Saint's Row. While playing, I've been shot through buildings, implanted in the ground, and stepped through cars.

If you've been a fan of 2K's NBA series this won't be a disapointment. Don't expect much more then a good game of basketball though.

Baten Kaitos is a game that may not be as big as Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest, but it sure has a heart that can easily compete. It is truly a labor of love that should not be missed by anyone who loves great storytelling.

A major step up in the franchise. While EA let 2k games take 2005 in the next generation NHL titles, they've spent the last year pushing the boundaries to make one of the greatest sports titles ever.

The game has just a pristine sheen all over it. It makes full use of the graphical horsepower of the 360. Tons of explosions or cars on the screen don't contribute at all to any slowdown.

We gave this title a high score the first run simply because of its presentation aspects, but hindering gameplay nuisances, bugs, and content absences will continue to keep the series from truly earning its famed status.
