TRON: Catalyst is a lot of fun. The mechanics of it mean you don’t have to fear being derezzed (though depending on your difficulty setting it might get frustrating) and the fact that starting again (though not exactly from scratch)… adds a nice twist to what might otherwise be a fairly standard isometric action game. Certainly if you are a fan of TRON and like the idea of the wider TRON universe, give it a look.- Impulsegamer

Breathedge is far from your normal, everyday, run-of-the-mill survival games for a magnitude of hysterical reasons that are worth discovering for yourself. Although the game starts a little slow, the constant slapstick dad jokes break up the mundane repetition that players normally encounter when starting a new survival game. It will take a little bit of the game to build up steam and really get going but it’s a necessary element that pays off later when players are required to solve more creative puzzles. Breathedge is one of those games you can play casually at your own pace and doesn’t require long consecutive amounts of time to play. Sparring 15-20 minutes here and there is all that’s required for a steady progression through the game but still very enjoyable if you’ve got ample time up your sleeve as well. I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys easter egg styled dad jokes or wants something oddly rewarding to play at a casual pace.- Impulsegamer

A fun game that will test your brain and no doubt frustrate you at times, but a lot of value in the editor directly and indirectly. At a pretty reasonable price I’d say this is a great option if you want a bit of puzzle solving fun.- Impulsegamer

Kingdom Come: Deliverance delivers on its ambitious promise for a realistic, grounded open-world medieval role-playing game, with engaging and complex gameplay systems, weighty and tactical combat and an interesting main story slightly let down by a lack of polish and technical issues on launch.- Impulsegamer

Summary: Project Cars 3 ditches its former charm in favour of pick up and play. As a result, the game struggles to find its own identity amongst a sea of better contenders.- Impulsegamer

The game has an addicting leveling up system where all of your decisions help you out in multiple ways. While gameplay is unique and offers a lot of different ways you can go about any given situation, actually controlling the character is clunky which creates a lot of inadequate moments while playing. The robust magic and gorgeous world really puts this game in a category of its own to be seen among the established titles out there.- Impulsegamer

I really do not get too excited over tycoon style games, and this fishing simulator is a lot like a tycoon fishing game which is fine and well because it is presented surprisingly well. I love going out on the ship and hunting for a good fishing grounds.- Impulsegamer

Hitman HD Enhanced Collection is a cool collection. Of course there are some downsides to the title (Blood Money), but all things said and done they make for some really good gaming experiences. I would say I think the price is a bit excessive at this time of writing with the PlayStation Store selling it for $90.95. I would wait till it comes down as I’ve not seen a remaster where they ask for more than a new game. Just my opinion. And yes I am more than aware there are two games here. It’s just a bit much.- Impulsegamer

In summary this is a game that fans of the genre will love and those new to it will most likely give up on. You can tell there has been a ton of work gone in to tweaking this game, making it clearly the best of the series to date, but the onerous nature of the storyline along with the static nature of the interaction during dialogue will put a lot of people off. Into the series? You will love this game. Hopefully I’ve helped with the pros and cons. Have fun!- Impulsegamer

Whilst the generic plot and outdated graphics bring down the game somewhat, overall the game has proven itself to be worth the wait, a highly enjoyable experience with a great co-operative mode and one which will keep you hooked for hours. Coupled with the generous bonus of the original game on top of that, Namco Bandai have provided great value for money in this package and one that comes highly recommended.- Impulsegamer

Overall, there is a great title here, at 800 points, it’s pretty cheap too. The major disappointment is its length, there isn’t a great deal of replay ability in the episode, with just five levels and a boss, the decision to split into three episodes has obviously kept the cost down but at the expense of satisfaction.- Impulsegamer

R-Type Final 2 is sadly the classic example of form over substance. On paper, it provides fans of the beloved R-Type series what they would want in a modern sequel. In reality, it is simply an unenjoyable, below average title with little allure to wade through it.- Impulsegamer

All in all, Cris Tales is unfortunately an unnecessarily conflicting game. It’s incredibly refined features such as the visuals and character depth heavily clash with its subpar gameplay. However, if you’re a hard core retro JRPG fan then you may enjoy the game.- Impulsegamer

In the end Dust & Neon feels like a bunch of great ideas and mechanics that don’t quite push the roguelike genre in any innovating direction. That’s not to say it isn’t fun though as its fast-paced run and gun gameplay always entertains. I just wish there was more variety in the weapons and missions, and a richer story wouldn’t hurt either. The potential for an even more impressive sequel feels very likely if the interest is there and I, for one, am interested enough to see one.- Impulsegamer

I really enjoyed Scars Above on the XSX and it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish, without the grind that are sometimes associated with third person games. Overall Scars Above delivers a strong narrative with playable gaming mechanics that is visually presented well, particularly with its alien world and its diverse denizens. So if you’re looking for a healthy distraction that provides the right amount of challenges, then look to the skies with Scars Above.- Impulsegamer

Your mileage will vary with The Divine Force depending on your expectations. Those looking for another AAA JRPG experience may be left confounded. Character models look too lifeless, the lip syncing is laughable and the world almost feels like it needed a few more months of work to feel alive. Existing fans of Star Ocean are going to be very pleasantly surprised at the robust combat system, the engaging characters and the well told story. It is a like a very good straight to DVD movie, there’s a lot to like but you can see where it lags behind the blockbusters. It is a step in the right direction for the Star Ocean franchise and definitely worth checking out for fans of the genre.- Impulsegamer

Overall, the game is definitely worth the price and will provide some good entertainment. Hardcore RTS fans won't find the game to be very good unless they look at it as a new type of game as opposed to an RTS, and casual gamers will find they can play and enjoy the game even without being fans of RTS's. As such the game fits a nice niche along with an amazing price. If a person can look past a few flaws then they should find an enjoyable game for a low price.- Impulsegamer

If you want to test your system and see just how much power you can put out (within the confines of a CPU limited game engine), then this will still show you what your rig is capable of. If you want a game that is perhaps the closest you can get to the opening fire fight of Predator (with similar otherworldly interference taking over) then this is without doubt a game you should grab! If you’ve played it before but don’t know where you put your CD-ROM or even your DVD copy of the game, this might be a good excuse to shell out for a new digital version. Even if you just want a fun sci-fi action first person shooter with some fun future tech and some lovely visuals… grab a copy!- Impulsegamer
