It's pretty much paint by numbers style of game, it does not grab you by the throat or anything but it is so darn well fun.- Impulsegamer

Perhaps you might slap your forehead in dismay by the goofy plot or looseness to the source material but what's undeniable is, that Middle-earth: Shadow of War is a lot of fun.- Impulsegamer

All-in-all, Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a beautiful and wholly pleasant adventure with a gentle spirit, a meaningful story and delightful little Rot creatures. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more pleasing-looking game on Xbox hardware, and that's a wonderful attribute to have.- Impulsegamer

Fate/Samurai Remnant adds another engaging title to this vibrant universe that is a very well crafted game from start to finish with strong gaming mechanics and a very engaging combat system. Further it is a living breathing world with quite a bit of attention to detail that makes exploration a treat. The game is also brought together by a very well written story with interesting characters, including real-world twists. The only downside is that it can be a little wordy at times with its visual novel implementation and at times, combat can be become a grind but fortunately the gameplay and universe more than makes up for this. Recommended.- Impulsegamer

Too many role-playing games are let down by average or mediocre combat – Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen isn’t one of them. Unfortunately, role-playing games also demand great stories, and if you’re looking for a stronger main storyline, Dragon Dogma’s might not be up to your standards. Despite this, the hundreds of hours of content on offer, immense replayability and party customisation is amazing and PC owners can finally enjoy Capcom’s RPG gem with all the added visual bells-and-whistles options.- Impulsegamer

Sure, Puyo Puyo Tetris is... well Tetris... but by the gaming gods, it's a very enjoyable experience with more twists than a Game of Thrones episode and also supports some intense multiplayer!- Impulsegamer

With the inclusion of Zombies, Borderlands: the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned is actually not more of the same and definitely throws a curve ball into the genre and as Zombies are the in thing at the moment, it's great to send these undead back to their graves for good, just make sure you have some wet wipes available because it's going to get messy!- Impulsegamer

In the end, Plants vs. Zombies is a very apt game on the Nintendo DS that successfully ports this franchise to this console. With perfect controls thanks to the stylus and the exact same gameplay you find on any of the other platforms, this is one game that DS users should investigate because casual gaming doesn't get any better than Plants vs. Zombies.- Impulsegamer

aptain Toad’s Special Episode is a worthwhile purchase for anyone that enjoyed the original Captain Toad campaign and is looking for more of the same. The two new game modes are welcome additions that work well to freshen up the experience, however if you were turned off by the simplicity of the base game, nothing in this DLC will change your mind.- Impulsegamer

Sackboy: A Big Adventure is a perfect game through and through. The level design is amazing, the story is charming, and the score is fantastic. I know I mentioned this before in the intro, but even though this is a rerelease, I'd say this is my game of the year so far. Genuinely perfect in every way.- Impulsegamer

In conclusion, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning provides another immersive gaming experience that will force many people to lock themselves up again while they complete this game. It's also a strange game that uses modern RPG elements and also classic RPG elements that creates this strange hybrid RPG system that works on most levels but may feel dated for some. Given that, if you're a fan of RPG titles and need something after your Skyrim addiction, than Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning may be the perfect game to fill that spot!- Impulsegamer

In the end, Madden 13 is a fast paced NFL game that allows fans to play a variety of different gameplay modes, including a relatively in-depth career mode. If you want to take the gameplay to another level, the title also supports a detailed online mode so you can challenge other players from around the world. With a strong gaming engine and graphics that will amaze, it's definitely a great time to be a NFL fan.- Impulsegamer

I’m really glad that Avowed and Obsidian Entertainment’s back catalogue for Xbox has now made it to PS5. This is a fantastic open-zone RPG with entertaining character role-playing options, an engaging cast of antagonists and companions, and satisfying combat systems that have been rounded out from a year’s worth of patches, bug fixes and content updates. If you’re like me and were waiting for the right time to explore the Living Lands, the time is now.- Impulsegamer
