This game is now the standard by which all other games have to live up to this year. It’s a great game with some serious chilly thrills...CB2K1 snatches the crown from the hands of "SSX" thanks to speed and style.

Nothing but a knock-off of every other mission-based car game out there, and a dull and frustrating one at that.

It’s a repackaged version of the original. A few new levels aren’t enough to give this game a proper fun factor score – if you’ve played before, you’ll be disappointed.

A faithful port of a modern classic, down to its nagging flaws.

At an adult party with a bunch of players (and a couple of GunCons), Point Blank 3 is simply a blast.

It’s also got a story line that will interest you, and characters that are individually conceived, and not just palette or costume swaps of each other. Project Justice does justice to the genre.

Just too easy, too short, and too busy visually. It’s initially quite an impressive looking and sounding game, but you know the saying about looks being deceiving.

But the one thing that can’t be overlooked is that the game is over way too soon...(but) lives up to the engine it’s built on – it’s a great companion to "THPS2."

The two biggest knocks against Confidential Mission are the aforementioned lack of real innovation and the game’s short length. You can finish the game in about fifteen minutes.

This is simply an unbelievably cool game, and one that you will physically HAVE to stop playing long before you want to.

Plagued by nagging glitches and cumbersome controls, MLB 2002 nevertheless delivers one of the better hardball experiences on the PSOne.

Though it lacks the freshness of the earlier “Parties,” there’s still plenty of multiplayer value here.

There’s plenty of options to keep you from getting bored, but to unlock you must play, and if you’re one of those casual gamers who are easily put off by repetitive gameplay then this is not for you.

There are so many options to earn -- like new levels, more continues, faster recharge on your special weapons – that you’ll find yourself playing over and over again just to see what’s next.

It’s a jerky, blocky looking mess for most of the levels with a minimum of frames for each animation. There are Super NES games that are leagues ahead of this eyesore.

There’s some pretty horrendous slowdown at times also, which is instant-death in a pinball game that relies on precise timing for ball aiming (not that you’d have much success at that anyway).

It’s like playing with Hot Wheels when you’ve grown up with Matchbox racers. Variety aside, there’s not much in the way of style.

This should keep you occupied long enough to appreciate the game, but not long enough to make you love it.

Stratego meets Braveheart in this entertaining and simple game.

What makes the game somewhat unique, though, is its peculiar blend of strategy, stealth and tactics with medieval RPG elements and real-time combat, along with its grey-shaded plot.

Hardcore puzzle gamers who’ve tasted better fare won’t want to go back to this cafeteria-cut game any time soon. The Doctor is in, but he’s showing his age.

It may be a bit heavy on the micro-management, but if you’re at all interested in the God game genre, you’ll be hooked on this game for a long time.

A full point goes to the voice cast. Otherwise, we wouldn’t use the disc for a Duff beer coaster.

It’s not bad (like "Green Rogue" bad), but it’s certainly not 3DO’s best game (like High Heat Baseball 2002 for the PC).

There’s no way the game will appeal to those who can’t stand Pokemon. There’s just not enough to make the game stretch that far.

Although it briefly brought back memories of the classic "Jungle Strike" and even "Chopper Attack," it felt like a rehash of the older Air Attack game – and it is. But this rehash doesn’t even have enough spark to keep you interested for very long.

A solid, competent extreme bike game, without a lot of frills, and with little style, but hey – when did style and grace ever figure into extreme sports?

A large part of the game’s charm is it’s humor, but that’s not to say that the action, graphics, and sound don’t also meet the standard of a great PS2 game.

Maneuvering Jehuty is about as intuitive as you can get with the use of a single analog stick. Every combat option from firing your weapons and thrusters to raising your shields becomes an extension of your hand.

It’s wickedly fast, good-looking, and mean – it’s the muscle car of corridor shooters. But where’s the online support?
