Even with some technical hiccups and bugs, this is a respectful look into the past, full with memorable characters. Ideal for veterans from the original game and for those little players that want to start playing adventure games.

God of War Sons of Sparta is a Metroidvania prequel that is neither the best in its series nor the best in its genre, but it offers a story that serves to reveal a lesser-known and more humble side of Kratos. It commits no cardinal sins and is enjoyable, but bearing the God of War name, it could have offered much more.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 could have been a great war sandbox, in which you enjoy every step of your attacks: planning, studying your enemy and especially taking the shots. But it´s many technical failures spoil the experience.

Big Block DLC adds two new modes to Tetris 99, which allows us to play either battle royale or marathon offline. But we still miss some more options and game modes.

If you love the RPG old school genre, your feelings on the outside will increase, they will be valued in a greater esteem. A love that is perhaps blind in some aspects, but justified by what it can transmit. If you are not passionate about this type of adventure, we will not have enough patience to deepen your particularities.

Magic Twins is quite an original puzzle game to enjoy in co-op mode with another player (local only), mixing elements from games like Puzzle Bubble or Plants vs. Zombies, in varied levels that balance action and reflexes with strategy. However, the difficulty is often frustrating, specially if you try to play it solo.

Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists can be a disappointment to the series' fans, as it left behind its main focus (RPG) to embrace the management of a city, with simple and route mechanics. What's worst is that even if it includes most of the main characters from the series, it doesn't use them in all of its full potential.

A game with a lot of personality and charm... but far too simple in every other aspect, especially when compared with the best examples of the metroidvania genre. Nevertheless, Gato Roboto is pretty fun, and few games let you become the more powerful cat in the entire universe (none, really).

A beautiful remaster of the original Toki, with the same great elements and flaws of the 1989 arcade. Short, difficult and fun. We love the retro-collector edition, which includes a wooden cabinet replica.

Arcade Classics reunites some of the most iconic Konami coin ops, although we've missed a little more variety (7 o the 8 games are shumps), more options (like being able to play some of them vertically) and more extras aside from the included digital book. But if you love retro games, it's not a bad choice for 20 euros.

LEGO Horizon Adventures is an unpretentious adventure that both kids and fans of the series will enjoy. However, its approach falls short of the depth and variety of many other LEGO games, making it clear that it could have done a little more.

Dissidia mixes the charm of a series as beloved as Final Fantasy with a battle system that's equal parts fun and different from anything we're used to seeing in fighting games, but it lacks variety and modes. If you love Final Fantasy, then you'll probably love Dissidia Final Fantasy NT.

One Piece fans will be satisfied with the return of classic characters and a spectacular set of moves for Luffy, but those in search of a complete, challenging open world adventure have far better options in the market.

Zombie killing is quite simple in this Sniper Elite "spin off". It´s fun, but level design is very limited and technical aspects need some improvement.

Anthem has as much potential as room to improve. Gameplay is great, which means you'll have lots of fun flying and fighting, but right now there are too may flaws to overlook.

Agents of Mayhem would be a good product if Saint's Row did not exist. It has a simple and linear development. And that makes it boring during the most time in the adventure. The best thing about the game: the possibilities of the Agents.

MotoGP 17 feels realistic and has every bike and circuit from the official license, but the game hasn´t improved enough from Valentino Rossi The Game (2016) and the graphic engine is outdated.

Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia is not the best "Pokémon-type" game. Indeed, it feels a little bit limited, simple and repetitive, with combats that tends to be long than in other games... But its "bite sized" orientation, with gameplay elements more condensed, make it ideal for the little ones in the house that dream of becoming a trainer.

Fairy Tail is a correct game with very intuitive development that fans of the series will like much more for the good setting and details it has, but even they can choke on certain moments in history by forcing them to complete repetitive secondary missions.

If you enjoy grand strategy games and are passionate about the Sengoku period, Nobunaga's Ambition: Awakening has exactly what you're looking for. Plus, the Switch 2 version controls wonderfully thanks to the mouse mode. Keep in mind, though, that this title has a very high learning curve and, unfortunately, is only available in English.

Star Overdrive follows the creative path of the last two Zelda games and adds a hoverboard to the formula to make it even more interesting. It has some design decisions that undermine the overall experience, but that doesn't mean skating around this alien-planet-shaped skatepark isn't really fun.

A good collection of mental agility tests, with which to put in shape the different areas of our brain. Regarding the games that came out on Nintendo DS, Wii and Wii U, it incorporates multiplayer modes, both local (4 players in TV mode and 2 in portable mode) and online against "ghosts" of other players.
