It’s honestly quite hard to recommend the game over the likes of PGR3 or NFS: MW, but RR6 still does some things right and provides a reasonably good online experience for a good amount of racers at once.

Despite its shortcomings, Shadow Dragon lives up to the franchise by offering deep characters, an incredibly diverse cast of characters, a lengthy and engaging campaign, challenging gameplay and for the first time, online multiplayer.

A game that is meant for multi-player action. The single-player mode and mini-games will keep you entertained for a little while, but sooner or later you will get extremely bored because it becomes too repetitive or the AI becomes too easy for you.

Blue Dragon is not the definitive RPG experience on the 360, nor even in the past several years as it fails to do anything innovative.

Worms may lack all of the bells and whistles that purists have come to expect, but the core game (especially when played online) still holds up – and that counts for a lot.

There are plenty of things to do like finding recipes, item creation, or fighting in the arena. The inclusion of the second story arc lengthens the game’s life quite a bit, allowing you to put in 50+ hours.

Taiko Drum Master finally brings percussion to the video game music craze, but the cool factor that made Guitar Hero popular has fled this game on account of its cute presentation.

Although losing track of your character in all of the commotion on screen is a serious problem and button mashing is a result, if you have a short attention span and love chaotic gameplay, Red Hot Rumble may be right for you.

Everything about it screams "average", from the relatively enjoyable but repetitive gameplay, to the nice but not spectacular graphics.

For those wanting a fully featured franchise experience (with club teams) and a better set of online options, waiting for "FIFA 2007" might be the way to go.

Its distinctive use of robot formations to progress through levels gives its gameplay a fresh feel from beginning to end.

Genji: Dawn of the Samurai is a good action game, nothing more or less.

If you own an Xbox 360 or if your PC can handle it, I would instead recommend "Call of Duty 2" for its far superior gaming intensity and excitement.

Leave this series alone now and let it finish on a middle ground – don't let it fall further down.

Smash TV provides a dose of retro-gaming fun that improves upon the original with some entertaining online co-op support.

I’d say overall Wii Play is worth it, if only for the extra controller. I now have three. If you know an easy way to get another nunchuck I’d love to know.

Though repetitive and somewhat shallow, Technic Beat is a fun little music game that can be challenging, especially as you get into later stages which make you play more songs per level.

Unfortunately, it lacks the solid arcade racing feel of a game like Burnout, or Ridge Racer, or Gran Turismo itself.

It'll never be a game of the year candidate, but Pursuit Force does bring a unique, usually fun, definitely challenging, and ultimately solid title to PSP that doesn't fall into a franchise that's already known on PS2.

At the end of the day Dark Athena doesn't stand next to the original title. It lacks the innovation, and on top of that, the new campaign missed much of what made Escape from Butcher Bay so grand.

But with a story falling well short of its potential, fairly generic party members, dungeons that run on far too long despite the game being extremely brief for its genre, and a feeling of a Nocturne recycling project all drag this game down into disappointment range.

An interesting mix of many gameplay facilities.

The features of Cloning Clyde are certainly good, and the gameplay works for a while, but a little more shape to the story and game experience would’ve really helped grab gamers for the long haul.

Be warned, if you are looking for another adventure in the vein of the first two VJ titles you will come out of Red Hot Rumble a little bit disappointed.

Though the gameplay itself provides a fresh and entertaining experience, the overall game is too often bogged down by its own experimentation. A game you should certainly play but don't necessarily need to own immediately.

The storyline and characters are compelling in a way that many recent video games lack. Likewise, the puzzles, while on the easy side, were generally well crafted and require the player to use brains over brawn.

While the game isn’t exactly deep, who cares? It’s free and it’s fun; and that’s all that matters.

For newcomers to Shin Megami Tensei, this is a good place to start as the game is not brutally hard or needlessly complicated, but at the same time, it might turn people off and label the unique franchise as a purveyor of the archaic despite their cutting-edge modern games.
