Spellforce 2: Shadow Wars is the best "hybrid" game that's attempted to blend both RPG and RTS in a long line of games that have come up woefully short.

A lot of games these days rely on ridiculous move combinations to advance levels, or increased difficulty means that your enemy has more health and you deal less damage. DW5E actually keeps it real by making the difficulty based on skill more than the other cheap tricks developers are using these days, and the AI is first class.

Oblivion took our expectations for the game and sent them ... well ... into oblivion.

Here is my big gripe: I don’t play online. I don’t enjoy playing online. I would like to have the chance to accumulate a few achievements and gamer points by playing the game at home, offline. Is that too much to ask for???

It's arguably the best fighter/wrestling title out for any portable console, is the best ever in the long history of the title for PS2, and has a great gameplay experience that it's hard to imagine any wrestling fan not immediately falling in love with this game.

Easily the scariest game I've played since the original Suffering, and it has that beat hands down. The immersion makes you feel like you are so far into the game that you might want a friend nearby to remind you from time to time that you are not in actuality fighting for your life.

This is a title that fans of skateboarding games will pick up and love, due to the simple fact that for XBox 360, there isn't much of a selection of this type of game out there for them. Other people can and might enjoy it, but in the end, it fails to impress and is nothing spectacular.

The graphics, sound, and gameplay all add up to an amazing gaming experience that is fueled by a well crafted story. The missions are varied, the characters are well developed, and the title comes together as *the best* western game ever to be made.

But if you don't see the awesome graphics and sound, you will definitely be a sorrier person for it whether you know it or not.

Unless you have a Gamecube and are suffering Zelda withdrawal or loved "Sudeki" with a passion, try out the more serious 360 games out there first.

As a standalone game, it has enough features to reward serious players, but with several features that make it the ideal MMO for the player who only has a couple of hours a week to devote to it.

The graphics are jaw-dropping, the sounds is amazing, and the missions are varied and fun to play.

The gameplay of the title is the core strength, and getting through the single player campaign will suck you in for uncountable hours into the night.

The game’s audio, variety of weapons and moves keeps you interested for a while, but the game isn’t that long and is very repetitive, which certainly kills any buzz you originally had.
