Seven Sorrows succeeded in bringing back the nostalgia of the arcade franchise, but the game just feels all too familiar for a present day purchase.

This should be an easy one for the PSP owner on your Christmas list. These games are classics and are now yours to behold and enjoy on the go.

Armed with the updated translation, and new abilities that we did not get in the original release, Final Fantasy IV is definitely a classic RPG worth picking up and playing through again or for the first time.

Animal Crossing: Wild World doesn’t do anything extraordinary, but it’s highly addicting nonetheless.

If AgeTec could have at least hidden or reduced the load times for battles, the game could have received a higher score.

Even with the Crash Mode being a let down, Burnout Legends is easily one of the best racers on the Nintendo DS. The fact that Criterion has put all the little nuances of the Burnout series in one little DS cart is amazing.

With a few technical issues aside, if you are a fan of Battlefield 2, you will still want to grab this expansion; if only for the new weapons, vehicles, and stuff to do.

The gameplay is solid enough, the audio is fantastic, and the visuals occasionally show off a bit of the next gen, but anyone even remotely interested in the movie needs to give the game a rental at the very least.

Despite a cast of over 30 characters, the part where each character uses the exact same moveset means things get tedious rather quickly.

The problem is that the 2D beat'em up parts and the clever touch-based puzzle parts are two separate beasts that just don't mesh well together.

While not really bringing anything too revolutionary to the table, the Ridge Racer 6 package is very close to being flawless.

While not as polished or well designed as we all hoped, Perfect Dark Zero is still worth a play-through, if only for the cool weapons and the enjoyable online battles.

The fact that you can basically throw a whole bunch of Germans and a whole bunch of Allies into an environment and play out a realistic battle is really quite remarkable.

Earth 2160 is a fun RTS entry for the PC library, albeit an unnecessarily long and poorly constructed campaign mode.

If you’re a fan of Neopets, you’ll probably end up wanting to check this out because, well, you’re a fan. However, for the majority of the gaming populace, avoid this game like the plague. There’s no fun to be had here.

The atmosphere is really what pushes Condemned to the upper tier of launch games. While the melee combat can get a little repetitive, it’s the fear of the unknown that drives you through the game.

Another amazing release by Vicarious Visions. One where they have not only gone all out with their effort, but have pushed what we can expect out of the system. It is easily one of the best titles to be released on the system thus far.

From the stunning near photo-realistic visuals, to the innovative Gotham TV feature, PGR3 is everything you could ask for from a launch title.

The only other complaint I have is that the menu system is clunky, hard to navigate and often does the opposite of what you expect.

It's disappointing to be sure, because when you get right down to it, this could be an absolutely excellent game. With better graphics and a tad longer story this game might have been a contender game of the year in some category or another.

The game looks great, the audio fantastic, but it is the flesh of the game that is weak.

I am extremely happy with the direction that EA is taking this series, and if EA brings back the real time calendar, course creator, and adds many more courses and options, this may tie up my gaming time between rounds of real golf.

For a game that shows great promise on the field, all the extras really bring the game down. It is hard to recommend FIFA Soccer 2006 for anyone looking for a single player experience, as with the lack of options, they will likely grow tired of it quickly.

Sure, the story may be a little weak, but that doesn't stop Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King from being among the best, not to mention most polished, role-playing games of the generation. If you’re at all a fan of the genre, don’t miss it.
