I am extremely happy with the direction that EA is taking this series, and if EA brings back the real time calendar, course creator, and adds many more courses and options, this may tie up my gaming time between rounds of real golf.- Gaming Age

Overall the action feels really great, and while the combat system doesn't have the depth of other top-tier action titles, it does the job of filling the gaps between action-packed sequences.- Gaming Age

I will add here that if the game has one drawback, it's that you can't share your created tracks with other users. It feels like that's a wasted opportunity, and I say that as someone who generally doesn't care for user-generated content. It's a sign of how awesome this game is that I just want more of it.- Gaming Age

NHL 24 remains a pretty solid game if all you’re after is an in-depth hockey game that can be enjoyed no matter your skill level. It may not be worth upgrading if you have last year’s game, but if you’ve taken a couple of years off from the franchise, now might be a good time to jump back in.- Gaming Age

It may be fun to play once or twice at the odd party or two, but beyond that, you’re better off grabbing the first Jackbox Party Pack and playing You Don’t Know Jack.- Gaming Age

I can't see the value here, outside of the level editor. If you're content to buzz through the single player without posting up the best times/result, you'll finish it in about four hours, and the co-op mode being offline only feels pretty limited in scope.- Gaming Age

The DioField Chronicle is a game that I had little trouble sticking with throughout the review process, and could easily see myself going back to in order to finish up the few remaining trophies I have left. The fun gleaned from this strategy title is almost entirely due to the engaging battle system, which while a bit basic compared to other titles, is still a lot of fun to play. It’s not a game that I’d wholeheartedly suggest picking up at full price, but I’d certainly suggest giving it a go after a sale or two.- Gaming Age

It’s disappointing to see it visibly tail off the way it does when it started out so promisingly.- Gaming Age

It's fun enough for most adults to enjoy (admittedly in limited doses) and simple enough for most kids to grasp. The opportunity for interaction among family or friends makes Shrek 2 more than the sum of its parts.- Gaming Age

If you've grown tired of having your hand held through tutorial after tutorial, and incredibly easy arcade racers, the challenge offered by Unbounded is sure to appeal to you. I've definitely found myself enjoying this title a lot more than I would have anticipated, and urge racing fans to check it out.- Gaming Age

A perfect fit for the PSP. It’s puzzle based so you don’t have to worry about control issues. The screen is super wide so you can see more of the map than normal and the game has no real continuity involved so you can pick it up and play a game without having to remember where you were at.- Gaming Age

The game is grim, gruesome, and if you can get by the fact the game is now over a decade old, it is quite engaging. One thing is for sure, if this is your first time meeting Agent York, this is the version to play for sure.- Gaming Age

It's not a horrible game, and it does provide some fun for the 8 or so hours of gameplay, but it's not particularly exciting or noteworthy either.- Gaming Age

Armageddon definitely lacks that wow factor that made Guerilla the surprise hit that it was, and taking away that sandbox gameplay was a serious step backwards.- Gaming Age

I can't lie and say I didn't enjoy some of the time I spent with the sequel, it had been quite a while since I played the original after all, but I was totally disappointed in it by the time I put the controller down.- Gaming Age

Sonic Frontiers is certainly different from what we’ve come to expect from Sonic and company – both for better and for worse. I don’t think anyone is going to compare it to Mario’s forays into open (or open-ish) worlds, but if nothing else, it definitely provides an interesting way forward for a series that has often seemed like it’s wandering aimlessly in search of a purpose. Sonic Frontiers doesn’t give it that purpose, but it does suggest it’s not far off from finding it, either.- Gaming Age

It's a Sims game. I think it's well put together, easy to control and geared for players that enjoy making up their own fun. It has a little more focus this time out thanks to the mysteries you can solve, but I didn't find the addition of pets to be all that thrilling.- Gaming Age

Look up the definition of 'weak-sauce' in Lewinson's Dictionary and you'll find the following: sloppy control, inconsistent player physics, cheating AI, incorrect play mechanics...you can see where this is leading, can't you?- Gaming Age

Another flaw with the game is it's lack of A.I. I'm not talking about the computer controlled characters, but rather the unfairness that occurs throughout any standard 4 player match.- Gaming Age

Where DW4 Empires makes its biggest advancement is in the Empires mode itself. This addition gives the series the oh, so, much needed depth that keeps it from being a monotonous hack and slash title.- Gaming Age
