While the flaws from the original are back and the game doesn‘t break any new ground, Overlord II is still a delightfully enticing and addictive game about being evil.

Despite being one of the shortest games I have ever played, I still recommend SkyGunner. I've always wondered what Gladius or R-Type would be like in 3D. Now I finally have an answer.

The game has a nice feel and is definitely the type of game you want to play with others. This is a solid multiplayer party game. The graphics are nothing special, nor – really – is the sound, but the game flows well and can present a challenge (depending on your difficulty level).

In spite of the glitches, annoyances, and graphics that are nowhere near PS3’s expectations, Airborne is a tremendously thrilling game.

For those who do have NHL 06, the tweaks to the controls are well worth the price of admission to the next step in this what will be viewed as a storied franchise.

But I could not help but enjoy this program, even with the blood and mutilation modes turned on, because of the ‘feel’ of the game (the nice sense that the world was one where common elements, like light and even gravity – throwing objects is very cool – have meaning).

Sega Rally Revo isn’t a fresh turn around every corner, but it’s still one of the best racing games released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms. Fans of the original (and/or its sequels) shouldn’t hesitate to pick up Revo.

It would have been nice to have more modes of play, but what is offered here is an improved over previous Wii iterations. Still, for a nice arcade-like take on the FIFA franchise, this Wii version does a nice job.

The “Open Ice Control” that the developers implemented in NHL 2005 really expands the entire gameplay, since it adds more strategy to every play that you might go through.

It’s definitely a game that can be played and replayed over again since the story will never really come out the same at the end, provided that you can look past a couple of deficiencies.

This game is one of those rare cases where it crosses so many lines of game genres. Whether you are a sports fan or challenge and skill, this is one game that will deliver on all fronts.

Sabre Wulf isn’t quite perfect, but thanks to its originality, great characters and platforming action, you’ll find that it just doesn’t get any better than this.

I like the characters though, and Webfoot Technologies has really done a good job of taking DBZ and turning it into a game.

Though its release is marred by a number of bugs, Clear Skies is ultimately a worthy addition to your library. Casual gamers will find it harder to enjoy than those who are more hardcore, but there is still fun to be had in the hollowed-out, desolate locales of the Zone for those with the patience and a penchant for challenging gameplay.

The game flow is much better, the animation is smoother and the overall experience is more enjoyable. Sure, there are some elements that would be nice to have included (like a better Be A Pro mode), but that little bit is countered by the replayability offered by the NBA Live 365 feature and the DNA downloads.

Knights in the Nightmare is truly a unique experience, blending two very opposing genres together. The insane learning curve will no doubt be off-putting, but players who stick it out will find an addictive battle system that will be hard to put down.

Probably the only thing that would stop newcomers and casual RPG gamers from buying this game is Origin's difficulty setting but fans of the first game will have a lot to like about this prequel.

Stuntman: Ignition is a leap forward for the series but the game is still a lesson in frustrating trail-and-error gameplay that might not sit well with many gamers.

While it doesn’t propel the series forward to new heights, Underground is certainly an exciting and challenging Tomb Raider game worthy of Lady Croft’s sizeable talents.

Satisfying survival/horror gameplay with a first/third-person shooter twist. Ties That Bind has one of the most disturbing storylines I have ever seen in a game.

The unfortunate choice to leave out mini-games, the great Campus Legend mode and some extra goodies is upsetting but what we have here is a football game that doesn’t disappoint when it comes to the college football scene.

An addictive, slash-heavy (but not button-mash-heavy) fighting game that builds depth from an unfamiliar place: simplicity.

Red Alert 3 is one of those wildly enjoyable and outrageously campy games that make this a good time for anyone looking for a real-time strategy game for their PS3. A few annoying issues aside, the fun campaigns, video sequences and numerous options does make this an impressive console version.

Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles is a good on-rails shooter, but it’s only a decent sequel.

The gameplay is somewhat lacking, more because of the limitations of the medium, than the game itself.
