The new environment additions are beautifully twisted, the characters are much more memorable this round being hilariously insane sometimes, and the last and best add-on in Shivering Isles are the missions.

The new Superstar mode will keep fans looking for a slight twist on the series fairly happy, but overall the difficulty of the QB Vision mode will probably be the deciding factor in whether you enjoy Madden 2006 or not.

For a buck, this is a quality purchase. The five minute mode is intense, fast and hard, and players will come back to it time and time again. That said, their stay in the game won't last very long. It really is a five-minute run, maybe once or twice a day.

Could have been a 10, but interface, learning curve, documentation, and the 10 bucks a month brought it down a bit. In short... Thumbs and big toes up on this one!

The game has some technical issues that seem to affect mostly the graphics and sound, but if gamers can get past that fact, they’ll be rewarded with a very deep basketball game.

For hardcore gamers the addition of the second character and Wi-Fi multiplayer are two great additions that set PoR apart from other games in the series.

Appeals to a whole new crowd that grew up on creating distractions, using every single gadget in their inventory and dragging bodies into shadows. If Conviction is evidence of where Ubisoft is taking the series, they are about to win over a lot of new fans and potentially upset a portion of those already loyal.

NHL 08’s control scheme gives you more control over the puck than any prior entry to the series, as well as completely analog skating with reactive physics. The AI is also extremely realistic and will adapt and strategically defend against your offensive choices, and vice versa.

Hitman 2 will really earn major points for the open-ended game design. With numerous ways to complete one mission, this will be a game that will get a lot of playtime.

A hockey game at its most realistic, therefore making for a game that’s both fast-paced and hard-hitting...just the way we hockey fans love our hockey.

It’s fun, but it’s not technical basketball. A lot of explosive dunks, long threes, and overpowering defense keep the game exciting and accessible to everyone, but big fans of the sport of basketball may be a little disappointed.

I enjoyed this last episode more so than any of the others. The humor hit my funny bone dead on, and I enjoyed seeing all the stuff littered around the locations from the previous episodes.

Does a great job of blending classic FPS action with some third-person platforming elements and brings the Unreal series to a whole new level. The gameplay modes are plentiful, online and off, and the AI is very smart and puts up a good fight.

Don’t let the score say otherwise; the game is great. Personally, I want the series to at least dabble with innovation. If you love the Pokemon franchise, I am 100% positive you’ll love Pokemon Pearl.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is nothing short of a triumph for Crystal Dynamics and the buxom adventurer. The score-based gameplay and objectives are geared towards providing hefty doses of replay value, but even a single playthrough promises to be an exciting journey filled with top-notch action and ingenious puzzles.

The interface seemed a little more complicated than it needed to be. For example, selling an item, buying an item and then inventorying your new item was far too more complicated.
