For all of you audio purists out there, you will be ecstatic to know that the KOEI has given games the option to listen to the original Japanese or English dialog.

I don't usually embrace clones, but Van Helsing is a unique exception. It's got most of what you love about "Devil May Cry," give or take a few elements.

The game is a repetitive button masher that requires a shade more intelligence than a potted fern to operate, and players can expect to just keep going through the same thing over and over again screen after screen, level after level, with a few new weapon upgrades that really won’t add any excitement. The collision detection is horrible, and the game loses any fun value after about the first 15 minutes.

UEFA Euro 2004 is a solid game of soccer with plenty of goodies, more than decent visuals and downright addictive game modes that will keep fans of European football more than satisfied.

It’s faults do not quite damage the game’s basic appeal and while the controls could have used some much needed polish, there’s just enough fun to make this a really good time in the Wild West.

Shrek 2 provides comedy similar to the movie, but gameplay that is stuck in the swamp.

If you get burned out on repetitive action and don’t like paying Coop only online, then you may want to skip it and see what the next FPS game coming out will be since you will probably find it to get repetitive and may lose interest after a short time.

For the comedy alone, Shrek 2 is a must-play.

If you have ever played "Diablo," "Dungeon Siege," or "Baulders Gate," than this game will become second home to you. The game has a very similar pace, but it does have a different flare to it by some of the gameplay additions such as solving puzzles and sneaking around.

The game does an admirable job of capturing Shrek’s world and its inhabitants, while remaining compelling and interesting.

There are a few problems, namely with the camera and the confusing nature of the mini-games, but on the whole this is a game that parents can be sure will please the kids, and offer the parents something, as well.

Online play is restricted, the gameplay is slow, the AI is unbalanced, and the camera isn't as smooth or as "dynamic" as in Monkey Ball.

A nice title for anyone who wants to break into the MMORPG genre. It's easy to get right into the game and will build invaluable play experience you can use when you kick it up a notch with another MMORPG.

If Lineage II has one main problem, it is that it is a treadmill supported by an economic system that is inane.

You will be hard pressed to find a game that controls as nicely as this one.

The overall concept is repetitive (walk in area, door shuts, tons of monsters come at you until all of them are dead), but the furious action keeps the game interesting.

It's a simpler fighting game, but I think that the UFC followers will really get into it. The cheap price doesn't hurt either.

This is a game that is somewhat eerie and evolving, but the mood is broken by the interface and even the sightjack feature, while an intriguing concept, detracts from the mood.

A glance back and a look forward in a PS2 title that does not advance the series but maintains the momentum.
