Unfortunately game play is spotty and uninspired as are the graphics - the sound on the other hand is, well it's intriguing.

What promises to be a “race through Tokyo’s traffic-filled streets” is actually a race down a featureless gray highway that can barely manage to put two cars on your screen at once, one of them being your opponent.

From a basic story line, to a highly simplistic control system, to graphics that really appear dated, there isn’t much here justifying even its $20 cost. Save your money.

If you're a fan of McCaffrey's writing then take a look at this one -- you'll probably enjoy it. But if you're a real adventure aficionado you'll undoubtedly find the game too easy for your tastes, better to give this one a miss than be disappointed.

The grossly swollen heads, while appropriately wacky and accurate to the film, really don’t look that good, and are a bit of an eyesore.

While I appreciate the designers’ efforts to "dumb-down" the controls, unfortunately it also makes for extremely repetitive and boring game play - translation...NOT FUN!

Just another first person shooter. It’s not a bad game, but it’s not a great game either. As far as first-person shooters go, this one seems to be a bit lackluster.

It's a good game that could have been great if there weren't so many problems and the stunts were a little easier to pull off. Overall the game is fun, but very frustrating at times, especially when it locks up the GameCube.

There are few redeeming qualities and this title should be avoided.

Almost every aspect functions at an extremely low quality level with controls that are jerky, continually re-appearing enemies in the most unlikely places, and seriously weak AI.

This game has less to see than most budget titles I’ve seen, and it still carries a top shelf price tag.

Playing MTV’s Celebrity Deathmatch is like watching a bad episode of the show and owning it is like watching that same episode over and over and over and over again. I think I’ll pass.

Its fairly simplistic controls and great artwork, sounds, comments, taunts, and varied attacks between characters contributed a lot to my desire to go back for more and made the game accessible to a wide variety of skill levels.

The overall structure of the game is pretty true to the show, which should please "Survivor" fans. However, the survival portions of the game are just plain boring and some of the challenges aren't much better.

The controls are horrendous, relying on an uncontrollable camera angle that seems to mostly face the wrong way in a 3D game. The end result is that you won’t know what you are up against or where you are headed until it’s too late.

Does not contain enough new gameplay or features to separate it from the myriad of simulation titles available today.

The fact that there aren’t any incentives to finish specific missions may be a disappointment for those that are more goal orientated but the number of missions available should justify the $30 for fans of pure combat flight simulators.
