So if you are looking for a quick alien fix that isn't overly expensive and is a gaming classic then this trilogy is best suited for you. The game would of warranted a higher score if it had not been for the camera issue and slight lack of re-playable time, overall decent game.

There is nothing to be learned or mastered, other than your own quick reflexes, and while it is unfortunate that so many of the games are too similar and don't offer enough gameplay variety, the actual experience of working through them is both challenging and original, with comedy value and lush visuals to boot.

Whilst extremely generic, it offers huge amounts of fun for the first few hours. Get past that however, and you soon realise that beneath the low brow gags and goofy gifts, there’s not a lot left to make it stand out from the crowd.

Like an empty warehouse it may be huge and imposing, but once inside your options are limited - and disappointingly so.

For those who have never experienced the DW series before, this is the perfect place to start, and either find a challenging, delightfully tactical slice of unpretentious fun or unearth a deformed, unlovable, fossilised relic of a bygone age.

If you are new to the Worms series, or if you have done away with any of your previous generation consoles, then Battlegrounds is a great place to start, or update to. However, if you are still playing older iterations, it doesn’t really offer enough to warrant you moving on.

Bomberman Land is a shining light in an otherwise drab wasteland of terrible mini-game collections.

WipEout HD may not make the huge industry-changing impact it once did, but this is the most accessible entry to date (delivery method aside), and easily one of the most impressive technical demonstrations on the PS3.

While it's admittedly too easy and a little simplistic in structure (albeit with plenty of extras to unlock), it's nevertheless ideal for young ones or anyone looking for an easy-going few hours.

There is still work to be done on this series; the physics still need work and the difficulty still needs to be more carefully balanced. However, it's hard to hate any aspect of this game, even the parts that don't work so well, as it's the most successful attempt yet at recapturing the magic of the original games.

In the end, Urban Chaos is a beggar's banquet where good breeding (note: Mucky Foot is a splinter group borne of ex-Bullfrog employees) and redoubtable gameplay sit tastefully at the head of the table.

Just Dance 3 isn't a game for everyone; it won't appeal to the Call of Duty crowd for example. However what it does, it does well and for the market it is aimed at, it is one that should be owned. Much more fun when the drinks are flowing than solo, but if brought out during a party situation and people will step up and dance. At the end of the day, a game like this bought for one reason only...FUN and Just Dance 3 does fun really well.

It isn't a Katamari game, but Drinkbox Studios did a fine job of recreating the mechanic and turning it into something of their own. This isn't the best game on PSN, but it is a worthy addition to your collection.

Yet as an overall experience it works, the pacing is done well, the challenge is just right, the visuals just about hold up and you'll most certainly enjoy your time with it.

While obviously lacking in the story department, neither the single nor multiplayer modes really capture the Final Fantasy zeitgeist, instead having more in common with action-adventure titles like Gauntlet or Zelda. [Import]

An enjoyable dungeon crawler with a decent story.

There's little point in buying this version. Gamestyle recommends either waiting for the upgrade or renting this for a solid weekend of tactical espionage action.

Overall Sonic Jump is a solid entry to the Sonic library, a game built from the ground up for a specific device. It plays well and looks good on the iPhone retina display. There are plenty of better games out there but it is just nice to have another solid Sonic game to play.

Even after 12 years, Front Mission is a good game, and if you’re a fan of turn-based strategy games, it would be a great addition to your DS library.

The extra content is appreciated but does little to expand what is already an enjoyable and offbeat experience.

A healthy package of games, then, but we were expecting more in the realm of additional content.

Overall, this is a game that will likely divide Castlevania fans. It’s still that a dark and forbidding fairy tale told that worked so well on the 3DS. It doesn’t quite fit as well here but it does manage to create some of the same atmospheric, dark and brutal adventure and if more people get a chance to experience it then that can only be a good thing. Its home is clearly on the 3DS though.

They say the show must go on and in the Resistance world there are still questions to be answered, but the disappointing nature of this third instalment and its failure to deliver at retail most likely means this is the last release in the series. Perhaps such an end is the best option all round.

There isn’t much to say about Pillar, it cannot be recommended to everyone, because it clearly isn’t for everyone. But if you like to use your own imagination whilst being tested, then you will get a good experience here.

Completing Shinobi is not an issue, but doing it with the style deserving of the series certainly is. Achieving those impressive A rankings will keep the dedicated occupied for the foreseeable future. Given the lack of alternative modes and the shortness of the main game, this fact will probably be lost on those who prioritise completion over mastery.

An enjoyable script and weapons will keep you playing until the game's climax, but don't expect to go back for more.

Although nothing special or notable for original ideas, this is how a licensed game should be done. If you’re a fan, God-forbid, you might just like it. Kudos to Artificial Mind & Motion.
