The purchase is basically only worthwhile if you have not played the predecessor yet...This lack of innovation is all the more disappointing for me because the developers of Undead Labs had originally planned their game as a zombie MMO, where we were to fight with hundreds of players on a map together for survival. And now, instead, they deliver a mediocre co-op mode.

Only the fleet magic system, although it has its flaws, is a real highlight for me.

Entertaining action platformer for a small price. The points needed to unlock certain levels feel are an unnecessary limit.

State of Mind pursues a thematically exciting idea, but fails due to trivial gameplay and weak staging.

An atmospherically dense, but narratively weak tactical game that can't hold a candle to its outstanding predecessor, Mutant Year Zero.

It's a very sloppy port and even 4K doesn't improve the old fashioned graphics. But that doesn't mean it's a bad game, it's still a rich and easy to learn beat-em-up. Those are rare on PC.

Syndicate leaves me cold at almost all levels. And where it will not let me cold, it repels me.

With its innovative color boost mechanism Trailblazers provides a tactically inspired racing pleasure, especially for team players.

Accessible crossover fighting game with FX-rich, extremely fast battles, which feel tamer in comparison to its predecessor.

Cities XL plays like Sim City from 1988 of City Life from 2006: Building streets and industrial, residential and commercial areas. But once you start building, you realize that a lot of things don't seem to work - because they only will after you've bought playtime. And only then you will be able to buy extra packages. To be fair, one month is included already.

An unnecessary sequel that is miles behind the original in every regard.

It's an entertaining simulation, but the developers changed only small details and ignored the bigger problems of the series.

An old-school and very vivid business simulation with limited depth. Motivating station building, annoying humour that lacks subtlety.

Galactic Civilizations 4 is a competent 4X turn-based strategy game, but it doesn't offer any reasons to choose it over its competition.

Versatile survival game in the Hyborean age with a lot of variety for construction enthusiasts, adventurers and explorers.

The faultlessly working speech recognition of Tom Clancy's Endwar achieves its objective: you really feel like a military leader - at least for one hour, because in terms of speed and precision the human voice is still inferior to controlling the game with a mouse. The game itself resembles World of Conflict, but doesn't come close. Especially the game balance needs to be fixed.

What does dying feel like? This game tries to answer this question, but the level design is just too difficult and requires absolute precision.

With lots of different opponents, unpredictable battles, varied battlefields and lots of specializations, Blackguards is one of the most diverse strategy games lately, but it high degree of randomness can be frustrating.
