It's the fourth mini add-on to Fallout 3 and if you concentrate on playing the story, Point Lookout only offers two hours of gameplay with no dramatic ending and no real reward. Disappointing.

A mechanically solid, but also strangely artificial-looking DLC that mainly boosts your in-game bank account.

Lots of replay value for a fair price - as long as you can handle a bit of frustration and retro graphics.

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway offers the best gameplay and narrative of all three parts of the series. It's a thrilling shooter, tells a haunting story that shouldn't leave anyone untouched and the cut scenes are fantastic. The AI has a few bugs, but most of the time the other soldiers act convincingly intelligent. The best "Brothers in Arms" so far.

Railgrade is one of those games that get weaker over time.

It starts like a great game with a fantastic horror atmosphere, but then turns into a B-movie with a convoluted story and absurd puzzles.

A lot of minor improvements and the official UEFA Champions League license make sure that Pro Evolution Soccer can defend the number one spot - but this time it has to share it with FIFA 09. Despite the license, not all teams carry their original name and the Champions League is called European Championship. The online-mode works for the first time, but it's still too complicated and unclear. All in all, Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is a bit better than last year's version, but only as good as FIFA 09.

Fast-paced shooter revival of the first F.E.A.R., mixed with stylish acrobatics and fantastic gunplay.

The story has its weaknesses, but offers an exciting, non-linear experience with great actors and far-reaching consequences.

Despite the 3D graphics, Tropico 3 is basically the same game like the first version eight years ago. A lot of things are not up to date, but the mix of politics, economy, development and black humor is ageless. If you liked the first Tropico, you will love the new one.

This add-on improves the gameplay and the atmosphere of an already great game. It's the sole ruler of the city builder genre.

It's a good adventure game, but for veterans of the series it's still disappointing. It's obvious that Telltale tried to make the best out of a small budget, but Monkey Island deserves better than that. It hurts to see the greatest adventure series being cut into little pieces.

Bloodline Champions hits the sweet spot: no unnecessary stuff, but unique and well balanced heros in a great player-vs-player environment. And it's free, too.

Seen purely as a game Valiant Hearts is average at best. But it's not just a game, but an interactive and therefore sustained-history lesson about one of the darkest chapters in human history.

In its current state, there are simply too many cogwheels missing in the gearbox, so I advise against buying it. Instead, you should reconsider a purchase upon release. [Early Access Review]

Assassin's Creed is a feast for the eyes. The views are breathtaking, and Altair moves smoothly through the Orient. For all its great setting and dialogues, the game is not as good as it could be and should be -- gameplay is repetetive and rather predictable. But it's good enough to have a few hours of fun.

It’s a lot of fun and it sounds like that, too. It’s great to race against friends again and again and there’s nothing better out there at the moment, even though it may not be a game to keep on playing in the long term.
