The core game is unsatisfying because of the control scheme that seems Hell-bent on ruining your wrists; all that waggling is good for precisely nobody.- GameSpy

A very well-thought out game that deftly avoids practically every pitfall and delivers a flat-out awesome gaming experience.- GameSpy

The Wii might be hurting for air combat games, but even the mediocre Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII is slightly better than Heatseeker (and by this point, there's a decent chance that you can find it used).- GameSpy

When it comes right down to it, Heatseeker just isn't a good value for the money, compared to what else is out there for the PS2.- GameSpy

The "move all over the grid" aspect is really fun, too, even if you do end up fighting the camera a lot of the time.- GameSpy

What's really nice to see in this installment is that Telltale finally seems to have gotten their groove on with the game's length and puzzle structure.- GameSpy

That The Lord of the Rings Online could whether the storm of player expectations and its development troubles and still be a decent game is an achievement in itself. That it could go through all that and come out the other side as an exceptional entry into the genre is nothing short of miraculous.- GameSpy

Without using the camera it can be frustrating and repetitive, but its mediocre porting is not enough to convince anyone to spend an additional $50 to enjoy it.- GameSpy

Yes, the PS3 version comes with bonus single-player content. No, it isn't worth the aggravation. If you have a 360 or a beefy PC, buy those (cheaper) versions of this game. If you only have a PS3, "Resistance" is a better shooter for the system.- GameSpy

The worst flaw, however, is the game-crashing bug that occurs when you talk to a certain character later in the game. How SNK Playmore let this game ship with such a glaring flaw is beyond me.- GameSpy

Aedis Eclipse: Generations of Chaos shows a lot of potential, but buried so deep that it's just about not worth digging for.- GameSpy

We wish the astonishing re-imagining of the Soviet-Afghanistan war that the comic began with was better represented, but the gameplay is more than capable of carrying this one. The art team did a bang-up job as well, and The Red Star even supports progressive scan.- GameSpy

Even value-priced at $20, 7 Wonders feels incomplete, aping the basic aspects of Bejeweled and bringing nothing more of substance to the party.- GameSpy

These are the best games in the series by a considerable margin, and should provide you with entertainment for weeks to come, especially if you're planning on playing "Pokémon Battle Revolution" for the Nintendo Wii.- GameSpy

The enhanced visuals and online functionality alone make them more enjoyable than any of the previous games, and you don't want to be the last trainer on the block to get with the times.- GameSpy

Unfortunately, playing it with the flighty Wii Remote controls can sometimes make it more frustrating than fun, and the much ballyhooed eight-player mode (just look at those excited folks on the back of the box) is a (wait for it) bust.- GameSpy

One of the game's strongest features is its highly bizarre and amusing story line, with a localization that Nintendo of America can be proud of.- GameSpy

Picky gamers will surely turn their backs, but Cake Mania is not designed for them: in the hands of a casual audience it can be enjoyed little by little, maybe going back to that particularly hard level after a few months or so, just to give it another try.- GameSpy

The key syllable is port. Prince of Persia: Rival Swords sits alongside games like "Star Wars Battlefront 2" and "Tony Hawk's Project 8" as ambitious versions of great console games that still come up short.- GameSpy

There's a surprising amount of depth as you work your way through the various difficulty levels, and the new songs, online leaderboards, and upcoming downloadable content make it the definitive version of one of the best games of the past few years. A pleasant surprise. While its story elements are predictably clichéd and patronizing, the varied minigames and fun card battles make up for the annoying but easily ignored connective sequences.- GameSpy

I'm a little jaded, having a serious case of déjà vu with this game, but rest assured that those of you without an Xbox 360 are in for a treat. Double Agent is pretty darn bad-ass, and has a flurry of water-cooler gaming moments that will make you smile sadistically.- GameSpy

Reality 2.0 marks a dramatic improvement in the pure "gameplay" portion of the game, and the storyline is certainly funny enough, but we'd love to see future episodes of the series have this level of interactivity with the kinds of incredible scripts we know that Telltale Games team is capable of producing.- GameSpy

The kiddies will enjoy seeing more Robinsons goofiness, and you won't mind picking up the controller to help them through the occasional tough part. Just try not to get too frustrated with those darn Wii Remote controls.- GameSpy

For a game designed to sell on the basis of its name alone, it's better than it has to be. There are still plenty of better games on the system, but this is a solid, if uninspired, title.- GameSpy
