With its high speed arcade thrills and multi-player modes, it seems a pity that a Nintendo 64 version of Namco's racer wasn't released a little earlier in the system's life, as it have surely boosted its flagging sales. Ridge Racer 64 is a title that will appeal to everyone, bar simulation fans.- Games Domain

Whether it is the competitive edge in the one player mode it lacks, or the graphical style that has been employed - Extreme-G somehow doesn't beat "Wipeout 2097" in the entertainment stakes.- Games Domain

Wetrix definitely offers something fresh - daring to stray away from the more commercial arcade games. As an overall package, Wetrix is of premium quality in almost every area, and could definitely hold its head up high if passing Bust-A-Move 2 or Tetrisphere in the street.- Games Domain

The gameplay feels so sluggish that, even with the speed adjustment to the max, by the time you get the hang of the thing, an Alex Ferguson-style rage may have already set in.- Games Domain

None of the problems which plague Jet Force Gemini really prevent if from being a good game. It's not the best that Rare have ever produced, but it can still prove to be an enthralling challenge.- Games Domain

A solid real-time strategy for a system that offers few games requiring much thought.- Games Domain

This game is the 'chill-out area' in the game nightclub, it is so peaceful, and gives a real buzz when you do well.- Games Domain

The best parts of the game, ultimate mode and the new levels, are only available to those who have completed the arduous tasks it takes to labour over level 80, and it's a surprisingly small number of players who've managed to complete the game three times over on increasing difficulty levels. For that small population, this is an excellent expansion.- Games Domain

An excellent game that should be embraced by all gamers (Nintendo haters and loves alike). The best party game since "Super Bomberman 2."- Games Domain

Unfortunately, the Evolution mode can become monotonous quickly and there is simply no thrill to driving around at a ridiculously slow speed in some of the more classic motors.- Games Domain

A worthy 3D update of the 2D classics. It's a decent third-person action game with a decent story and great atmosphere.- Games Domain

Designed for and is aimed at young children. This isn't to say that it isn't a fun game, but the puzzles aren't going to be as challenging to an adult as they would be to your 5-year-old kid brother.- Games Domain

Although the gameplay is as involving as it ever was, the lack of innovation means that you feel you're playing an expansion pack for "Tomb Raider 2" than a completely new version.- Games Domain

This is something that shouldn't be passed up by anyone. If you are impatient with videogames or don't like GT style racing games, I suggest you at least give it a rent. Play a few hours and unlock a few cars, you'll be hooked and will love every second of it.- Games Domain

Though the enemies aren't programmed well enough to follow you around many corners and elevators like they would in Turok or Bond, the surprises and just sheer craziness of attacking enemies makes Quake64 a game that freaks you out.- Games Domain

A great mission-based driving game and has enough to offer gamers in actual gameplay and in its brilliant reproduction of the movie's premise and character.- Games Domain

Body Harvest is a great game. It's fresh, it's challenging and it's absolutely massive. As an action/adventure title it works superbly. In a world full of clones and sequels, it's nice to see such a fresh title.- Games Domain

With its challenging missions, good sense of tension (heightened by moody music), engaging storyline and impressive graphics, NovaLogic might have single-handedly revived interest in a much-neglected console.- Games Domain

If you've the stomach for the Japanese silliness, there just might be something here for you. This game is not a true RPG however. Expect a quirky 3d platformer that is easy to play and surprisingly long.- Games Domain

The part that really matters - the way the game plays- feels rushed and incomplete, which is not something all too wise when the machine you're releasing it on has the likes of (wait for it) "Pro Evolution" doing the rounds.- Games Domain
